Good day Lainon! It's been a while since I saw one of those fastman guides or something. Isn't there a more updated version of it? Where can I find more of them? Is there any other version of those as well, maybe about tech or survival, etc I think last time I saw them is about 2 or 4 years ago

Its worth noting the original author isnt even good at math. The basic fastman ideals are: minimalism, self-reliance, literacy. The rest differes depending on the author, so theres a lot of different advice. You are suppsed to use it as an inspiration for further research. Not as a holy truth. I would treat it all with a grain of salt.

Fastman is a 4/g/ meme, lainons just adopted it. I'm not sure if fastman is still alive, he had some pics posted with a fuarrrking meth pipe bunched up with some other soykaf that he sh1lled, neverthless he is not active anymore.

I am permanently derezzed from all boards for ban evasion, and I was ban evading because they kept instantly deleting my thread the moment it made it beyond 20 replies to make it seem like the community wasn't interested. so I posted every single day twice a day for 3 years. i figured out they wrote custom code to detect the word fastman, even going as far as to ban the word in an opening thread at one point. GUY FAWKES MASK. The format is different, as is the writing voice. The old guides had a sense of being tried and tested, like the dude was really out there doing it. Maybe I'm talking soykaf, but it just doesn't feel right somehow... It's not like living as a pseudo-homeless person is a killer idea anyway, especially these days: there's more and more competition from other homeless, and more and more hostility from the general public towards the homeless. Not to say that camping skills and survival prep are not an extremely prudent idea, collapse is ever approaching on the horizon. You should be hardy and resourceful, but I think that's why the newer guides leave a bad taste in my mouth. It's never good to survive by depending on the kindness of strangers (using them for mail, couch-surfing, etc.). It also looks like all the food is purchased; that food money needs to come from somewhere, unless I'm missing something. And if you have good income or money saved up, why would you do this instead of literally anything else? If you stake your life on the kindness of strangers, you will not live very long.
