A Plea To Help Vichan

I don't know if appleman is aware, since this happened a couple days ago. But Hotwheels is abandoning vichan support. Someone needs to maintain it. Would appleman be willing to step up as repo maintainer and keep it alive? I truly love vichan, and have used it for years. I'd hate to see the repo go the way of Kusaba X. This goes to anyone with the experience to maintain the repo as well. >>11661 Thanks for the heads up. I wasn't aware but I didn't expect to be aware, because hotwheels said they would never accept any of my patches. I don't know if I have bandwidth to maintain vichan as well as lainchan, but I already provide unofficial operational support to users of vichan and lainchan, and will continue to do so. As for development support , I am happy to help on a request basis, but I don't have the bandwidth to maintain the upstream repo with its current model, E.g. the most I could look at doing is maintaining a vichan branch in the lainchan repo.

So now hotwheels has gotten so assblasted he defaced the README and moved the repo into a subfolder. absolutely sad. https://github.com/vichan-devel/vichan/ I will be working on a community/project for admins who use this software to collaborate with each other and keep it alive.
