should we have a sarcasm indicator?

So the imagine I attached to my post that got me warned (see picture related) was clearly meant to indicate that my post was a joke. (that and the usage of "pls" instead of "please"). I understand that trying to detect sarcasm or irony through text can be hard (giving the mods the benefit of the doubt, not pointing fingers at anyone in particular here) but I feel like this is a bit silly. maybe we should have an "/s" thing or would that be too out of line with yotsuba imageboard culture? discuss.

Yea your post was fine and the sarcasm was clear, the mods just took it autistically. Literal sarcasm indicators feel insecure though, I wouldn't support it.

>>11476 I know your post was a joke, which is why it was warned and not deleted. Yes I get the joke, but also calls for mods result in either warnings or post deletion for Rule 6 violations. We do have a joke capcode which wasn't used.

In Chinese web culture, any doge emoji is exactly a sarcasm indicator. Maybe we can learn from that.
