Meaning of life?

Havent found the thread that would fit my topic, so i hope this one will do. Otherwise remove it like you always do. Anyways, i just have this question that noone knows how to answer. What is your place in life? (And i dont mean "marry and make a family" because that looks terrible to me). So what is your place, meaning in life? I havent found mine. Each day i do the same soykaf, i suck at school because i cant focus on anything in there, not sure why. But even after we graduate from school and university/college. Whats the point? Make 1k a month by working a boring job 8hrs a day? And then what? You come back home tired, a few more hours to do something and in another few its night already. Anyways i might seem like im just complaining on "how hard my life is", but thats not the point. I just dont understand the point. Was Terry right? Are we here to entertain God?

It doesn't really matter if there is any meaning at all We will eventually die and be forgotten by everyone and everything I will enjoy it the most I can nonetheless

Perhaps you should start by looking outside of that. Do you just want to work 8 hour days, never working on yourself so you have no energy to do anything else and you perform escapist action like the weekend warrior you describe yourself to be? Or do you want to create and recognize that making income is the means, not the end. To fund a project, a directional change, or just fund whatever purpose you have discovered on whatever journey you make in the future. Do you understand?

I know that, I tell me the same questions everyday. Telling from experience : You search the meaning of life because you don't like what you see. When you like what you see, the question doesn't exist: you just want that situation to continue. So the only answer IMO is to work towards replacing soykaf tier aspects your life with what you feel as good / fullfiling / working / etc. activities. Remember? I remember the last times I had a good time, the question didn't came up, each time. This, is the answer.
