Why are There So Many Pedo-Trannies/Retards on this Site?

I don't remember things being this bad even a year ago, when I was lurking, but now there's so many trannies and retards on this website, why? And the quality of discourse and bantz has gone down too, every single thread where there is some disagreement is like a thread on Transgender-Twitter, with people replying with forced memes and 3 word replies, why? Is the only place to avoid these people at this point IRC? Is the only remedy to go outside? Is everyone who is worth their soykaf working a real job, and has no time for imageboards, leaving the stragglers with the underdeveloped, low IQ, late-bloomer, NEETs? Crazy people on this site, and sites like this, I swear.
