Low effort/quality posts

Unless an OP is visibly made by a schizo, we should actively call OP out for being low effort/quality in addition to saging, even if someone else has already done it, and even if you plan to respond to it seriously. Also feel free to post such OPs/posts here so that even if the mods don't see it, we can make/improve filters, and feel free to post your filters.

@Appleman1234 Idea: posters must answer the question of what is cyberpunk, but with an idea of what cyberpunk is older than the current one. Adjust the rotation of what cyberpunk is as you like
