the reply thingy?

So, when someone makes a post I can clearly see how many replies this person got, but when I hover w/ my mouse I can't see if the person who replied to the said poster got any replies. Are you going to enable this feature?

>>7685 what lol?

>>7686 Someone replied to the guy who posted >You mean giving us machines to practice hacking on? If so, that would be amazing. and I can't see if he got any replies or not until I click on his post number.

>>7687 Have you tried changes the themes/skins on the bottom of the page?
Anonymous · 2015-11-04 22:30
>>7688 this has nothing to do with themes

>>7689 When mouse over the number you can the highlighted comments will come up and you will see who replied. This isnt 4chan where the reply pops up.

>>7690 It's annoying going back and forth just to see if someone replied to a comment. >This isnt 4chan where the reply pops up. but it's easier to keep up w/ replies that way

>>7691 Im cool with it this system. But this is what it looks like.

>>7692 >But this is what it looks like. I know but I'm talking about this

>>7694 https://lainchan.org/test/res/7.html#12 just hover over the second reply number and you'll clearly see that there isn't a reply number for that comment until you highlight it

Do you want a popup with backlink?
Anonymous · 2015-11-05 17:25
>>7697 YES
Anonymous · 2015-11-06 13:15
>>7698 My script has the function but I can't provide it here because native script provides popups and a collision will be occur when my script also provides popups. If admin provides 'disable mode' like 4chan, I can provide it easily.

>>7700 Can you ask Kalyx/Dark Engine/Petsu/Yukko/whoever to disable it on the irc?
Anonymous · 2015-11-06 13:36
>>7700 >>7701 why not just add it to vichan
7700 · 2015-11-06 13:58
>>7702 Yeah, it should be add to vichan instead of asking them to add disable function. But I'm busy to update my script. Though disable function will be needed eventually.

>>7701 There is no singular inline extension. It's a bunch of separate Javascript files.

>>7739 post-hover.js and show-backlinks.js, mate. However I don't commit this project because I haven't used jQuery.
