Two quick suggestions,
Richard Stallman
Linus Torvalds
They are very well known figures in the Free software world.

I requested that the /λ/ board have its own set of names. I included many computer scientists and programmers by a convention of last name.
These include: 'Stallman', 'St. IGNUcius', 'Torvalds', 'McCarthy', 'Moore', 'Iverson', 'Knuth', 'Hopper', 'Lukasiewicz', 'Colmerauer', 'Turing', 'Zuse', 'Von Neumann', 'Church', 'Boole', 'Backus', 'Wirth', 'Milner', and 'Kay'
Would you prefer these names be sitewide? Is a computer scientist or programmer or other influential figure you admire missing?

Yes I would personally prefer for them to be sitewide.
Could you also add Ritchie please? (for Dennis Ritchie)
