/diy/ is a joke and should be deleted. Also, what's up with lainchan.jp? Why does it exist?

Also, can we consolidate /lambda/ and tech? Seems a bit silly to have both. /sec/ makes sense though. The only reason to have /drg/ is to attract 420chan users.
