Post unique/non generic music from your region anons. I want to be able to listen to unique instruments, unique progressions, and the beauty of your languages. >>9915 Kek. It's brilliant. I thought my english was good but I can barely keep up with the accent. Some old malaysian tamil rock, very folk sounding. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=adzzQcPGNwQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LH9jp786aRA

>>9918 >a remnant of its imperialistic ties to Austria and France It does sound more like a french/german military march than any hispanic music I've listened to. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ocib-bCyP3s

>>9914 Some proper tamil folk music, it includes folk, classical and religious styles, some folk dances, and a martial arts bit at the end showing off south indian martial arts like silambattam and kalaripayattu. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C0X4SL9Amoo This is what a funeral procession looks like. You see them at least once a wekk, and anyone can join in the dancing (although the women in this clearly don't know how you dance to this sort of music) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jcph_hb35nw This is how you're actually supposed to dance to it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BJrBc8vWMpI

Northeastern Brazil. Heavy influences from medieval Galiza, using rhymes schemes like ABCBDDB, mostly religious and nature themes, also the hardships of living on countryside, and moving to industrial cities, looking for better life. my region is the south east united states. the more generic soykaf is country and blue grass, but folk punk also was born here with artists like johnny hobo living in my state (north carolina). here's the orphans, a good kentucky band https://youtu.be/mk4O8FJPxtI here's johnny hobo as I mentioned earlier https://youtu.be/mqexThzOOC0 and this isn't from my region but an old friend of mine showed me a lot of this cool kinda music from his home country, greece, called rembetiko. here's a classic tune called "enas magas sto botaniko" or "there are thugs in the botany" https://youtu.be/94oMv4q9QB4
