NecryTalkie is one of my favorite bands to push away the "Everything is awful will only get worse" feeling. Bright sound, energetic but not overwhelming arrangement, and their vocalist's voice is cute as a button. As someone who's always hated the showiness of most music videos, their "let's just film ourselves playing with a modest gimmick or two" method is a breath of fresh air, as well. https://youtu.be/0l-qw9yRFOA https://youtu.be/G7_cFQrQNz8 https://youtu.be/tkOozjVuFP4

While not like one song this tends to make me feel a little better usually https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oa4MT9LPcaU

I can always count on VNV Nation to cheer me up. This is their song Gratitude. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CFeHyWxuPcI

It's completely a cliche but what makes me feel good is a lot of what is considered "citypop" aka 80s pop from Japan before J-Pop had began to develop. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XcMsRe70ngk Also more Japanese Latin/Brazilian inspired music. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cTDK5Bluh5A
