Finally a thread I can contribute to, love me some psych rock.
My favorites: Allah-Las, was lucky enough to see them live:
https://allah-las.bandcamp.com/album/lahs
Allah-Las' Lead guitarrists project "PAINT". Kevin Ayres / Syd Barrett inspired with a bit of Farsi (new album in progress):
https://paint4.bandcamp.com/album/spiritual-vegas
Kikagaku Moyo, a very psychedelic japanese rock band, pretty good live:
https://kikagakumoyoggb.bandcamp.com/album/masana-temples
BJM, total classic, but a bit repetetive
https://bjmband.bandcamp.com/releases
Tambourine guy's own project:
https://joelgionbbib.bandcamp.com/
Surf is related to psychedelic rock right?
https://tijuanapanthers.bandcamp.com/
Label suggestion: Third Eye Stimuli, all the stuff they have is amazing:
https://thirdeyestimuli.bandcamp.com/album/here-she-comes
Like Mac Demarco? Check out the lead guitarrists project, all 12 string Dano, baby:
https://tonstartssbandht.bandcamp.com/album/sorcerer
Pretty good 60's LA rock:
https://mysticbraves.bandcamp.com/
Want Tame Impala but less pop? POND:
https://pondband.bandcamp.com/
Want POND but more rock-y and with less Synths? The Murlocs
https://themurlocs.bandcamp.com/
Hippie commune australians who make incredible music:

Yawning Man. I posted about them earlier but the thread never caught on.
https://yawningman.bandcamp.com/track/camel-tow-3
The entire subgenre of "desert rock" is quite nice. Unfortunately you can only read about what the desert rock scene was like, but it's the only kind of music scene I could picture myself enjoying.
https://fatsojetson.bandcamp.com/track/vatos-of-the-astral-plane
https://bluesfuneralrecordings.bandcamp.com/track/towards-the-sun
Kyuss is the "grungification" of desert rock, much less psychedelic and much heavier but they have some moments.

Didn't list Gizz since it was already mentioned earlier. But I love them! Have every single album. Took me a while to really get into their latest thrash record but eventually started to love it. Especially after seeing their KEXP performance, that one was inhuman, so good, same with every other KEXP performance. And if it wasn't for the pandemic I would've seen them live this summer. Flightless is pretty good, now that you mentioned it I should probably check out all their bands (besides the ones we already mentioned). One I've watched a few performances of are the Oh Sees, but that's about it, sounded pretty nice. Also yeah I wish Babe Rainbow / Moses Gunn Collective would release more stuff, but they don't seem in a hurry. The latter apparently changed a few band members.

Babe Rainbow posted a teaser on a insta story so I hope for more. Them, Gizz and MGMT are my favorite bands of all time. Babe have seriously changed my outlook on life.
Have you seen Gizz live? I went to the New Orleans show back in September and it was the best fuarrrking night of my life.

Gizz is very exciting live, their band is *huge* and they have a lot of stage energy.

Great thread; I'm loving these suggestions. Here's my two cents: *Sun Structures* by Temples is an excellent album. Very well composed, melodic, easy to listen to directly or in the background. Strangely chill, but upbeat enough to mildly jam to.

I have been listening to some Turkish psych recently and have been really enjoying Altın Gün. They have a good mix of Turkish folk and psychedelic rock, and also seem to draw on a lot of older Turkish music as well:

How have Babe Rainbow changed your outlook on life? I have listened to them casually but Idk much else about them
I am surprised no one has mentioned Thee Oh Sees or Wand yet. They are both great and relatively popular and flirt between psych and garage.
Thee Oh Sees: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZAy83zi0EDA
Wand: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fyWZmX_l7go
Lately I have been enjoying Shiny Joe Ryan and Felipe El Hombre

Allah-Las makes some pretty great stuff, pretty psychedelic but not too heavy. They also give me a good, hazy desert vibe on a lot of their tracks: No Werewolf, Raspberry Jam, Ferus Gallery, etc
Separately, I wanted to share my favorite 60s psych band called Ultimate Spinach.
