Specifically about the OST of SEL but also about the series in general.

K.I.D.S. transports you to a phantasy-dream of early web-design cyber-realm as if being translated in to software by a psyche-processor. Antidepressant is the most listenable and conjures similar ideas. It is also probably their greatest musical achievement in terms of variation in sound. I mean like most of the songs it is repetitive but when it does have variation its quite good and it does. Professed Intention and Real has bogus lyrics which only serve to add to the FEEL of the song. The name is also sort of pseudo-intellectual much like the show really. Despite all this I think it is the song with the most force outside perhaps Antidepressant. Infanity World is feelsy and aethereal like being trapped in some glitched program designed to mimic both heaven and hell colliding with each other but you are alone on a long plane with clouds for eternity. There are some pseudo-intellectual lyrics played on top of the music and some tacky singing but that is sort of the attraction of the show any way. Island in Video Cassette has the best name. Sort of conjures up Cyberpunk and Vapourwave. Also the music is quite aethereal like many of the songs. Cyber-aethereal. Cyberthereal. Those are the songs on the SEL OST that are worth listening to imo. KIDS, Professed Intention and Real, Antidepressant, Infanity World and if only for the name Island in Video Cassette. Obviously Duvet is okay but n00bish. And the ending has some interesting lyrics. Not really bothered to get in to the Texhnolyze OST. Never even watched it.

Theyre all quite nice, but antidepressant is by far my favorite. Also: >Texhnolyze ... Never even watched it. Shame shame.
