Black metal thread

>>14583 i do check out record stores from time to time to look for cd's, but i don’t really talk to people there. the stores just dont really feel like a place to talk to (random) people, yk. i really should go to some shows though. hellripper had a show near where live a little while ago. i didnt end up going though. mainly bc i dont really have friends that would wanna go, and i didnt wanna go alone either. but yeah, youre right, i should get out more, and engage with the local scene. would probably be good for me lol

I used to be really into atmo black but nowadays I can get into black metal for a month or so and outside of that it has too much of a depressing effect on me. Looks like this thread has revived my enjoyment again. >>14577 Buzum and Paysage are excellent. >>14596 the whole rumor that he was NS or that drudkh was NSBM was completely bogus. He did belong to a far right political party but it wasn't as bad as the whistleblowers made it out to be. I've heard people that knew him and the band personally vouch for him and say that he wasn't racist or hateful he was just a proud slav. I don't think he was a bad guy at all and his music speaks volumes about the kind of soul he had.
