Vocaloid music thread

A thread dedicated to vocaloid music of all kinds, as long as it has a vocaloid, it's fair game! Here is a selection of songs from my favorite vocaloid producers. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnIhRpIT7nc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k4VWktCv8-E https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Upn1fGbXeHw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4tb1qPmvCHI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nn7aQYyKsQM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I15sK7dNMOM https://youtu.be/u2K0zOL8-1c?si=F-io24r7K2xwtemF https://youtu.be/0c9958OoTL8?si=bV5Hdd7ZBniHh4FV Please share your favorite vocaloid producers, albums or just songs! Here are some albums to "get" into vocaloid, some good entry level albums, at least what personally got me into it >supercell - supercell >Kikuo - [Kikuo Miku 6] >Electrocutica - Piece of Cipher + >Draw the Emotional - Draw >Deadball-P - Dead Ball Project vol.1 >wowaka - Unhappy Refrain >inabakumori - アンチサイクロン [Anticyclone] >samfree - Missing There's much more but these ones especially stood out to me personally.(USER WAS WARNED FOR THIS POST, You should always elaborate on your opinions rather than just spilling the soykaf. What vocaloid music do you like ? why ? What vocaild music don't you like ? why ? We don't know because you didn't elaborate.)

any tips on how to get into production? I downloaded a bunch of voicebanks off a torrent but I don't even know what client to use for like v4 ones or where to get it for free and stuff

I really like Cereal Experiments vocaloid covers https://soundcloud.com/cerealexperiments01

lowkey missing older vocaloid series, like the evillious chronicles, alice human sacrifice, dark wood circus etc .. anyone has anything like that?

>>13394 There's Parties are for Losers that's still ongoing. English songs by a Russian guy. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLqbvxtscAe_iFQmi9jobNmpNffTBP5u53

been listening to the needy streamer overload OST recently but here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D6DVTLvOupE https://youtu.be/BnkhBwzBqlQ?si=fgMe5aWgoyCvlr7J https://youtu.be/NTrm_idbhUk?si=N21U0cj98tvb8LW7 https://youtu.be/1pDM6fQUfJs?si=Py_sy-XyTAL8_rzH https://youtu.be/rl7ppuXMfC8?si=-_s0SQ5vnoxOktsu

>>13392 This is so good. I found some good music. I think this is my favorite: Nothing New (Feat. Avanna + Hatsune Miku) Most of the songs reminded me of CHO-DARI (23.exe).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TeVhHLggZ5U ive been obsessed with paradichlorobenzene recently

I mostly like Miku songs, sometimes I listen to Teto I have a lot of favorites but this one has always stood out to me since I first heard it when I was like 15

>>13235 I didn't like her at first but Adachi Rei grew on me when she is used for the right kind of song. The voicebank was made by a roboticist and is fully synthesized not a product of voice recordings. He basically used Miku and Teto as the basis for the voicebank. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x2Hvf4T_Hng >>13235 I would like to try to produce some time too but I currently have no computer and haven't found any Japanese synth program that can be used on an iPad yet.

Vocaloid means AI music, right? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EuBTDhOg96Q vs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-GiFoOR9CeM

https://23exe.bandcamp.com/album/walk Here's a bit of a hidden gem I found recently. It's a very well produced, upbeat electro-pop album featuring Miku on all the songs.

>>14329 Do you mind sharing a sample?

>>14330 Here's the opening track

That Same Street (Japanese Cyber Skramz) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nr3lY1YtHkM

>>14324 yeah bro check out this beautiful vocaloid song https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uzeMN4EB-kM

>>14324 Vocaloid is a computer program and a genre of music that uses voice databases to synthesize speak, those databases are recorded by a human. Vocaloid was a thing way before AI even was a thing and as such they are not the same thing.

These are my favorites. Kikuo Mitchie-M Gyari PinnocchioP Mambo-p
