I don't get it. I don't like this. This is really making me feel old, but I pretty much stopped listening to Kanye after Yeezus and every attempt in the 10 years since then has been futile. Are there any Kanye fans here? What's the appeal? There are a couple of decent songs, but most of this is just bad. And I don't really care much to hear about the wisdom/life experiences of billionaires. College Dropout and Late Registration are really the only Kanye albums I can enjoy, even after all these years. They were the most interesting musically. So far I only really enjoyed "Real Friends" and "No More Parties in L.A.". The rest was more or less forgettable, at best. I can't imagine any of his input after this being better.

Why was my image deleted? I just wanted to start up a discussion on what I was listening to at the time. Should this be in the "what are you listening to right now" thread?

I once listened to a song by mister west. Now I have no idea what all the fuss is about, why is this guy popular ? sincerely I have no clue.

I'm not a Kanye fan, but I like a few songs. Ghost Town, Runaway, Feedback. He tried to get out of paying and crediting Aphex Twin for the sample of Avril 14 that Kanye used in Blame Game, which was enough of a dick move that I avoided listening to Kanye for several years. Plus Taylor Swift is way better ;^)

I'm the same with kanye actually. I really enjoyed Dropout and Late Registration because of the beats mainly. Most of his other albums dont have the greatest beats. "Devil in a New Dress", "Bound 2", and "Father Stretch My Hands" are the only songs from his newer albums that I can appreciate. For me, the appeal is his production, "chopping up the soul". but sadly, he's essentially insane now, and no one cares because he's a rich celebrity. actually kinda sad because he abandoned his real friends and now is surrounded by yesmen, no ones going to help him now

>>11891 tfw still havent heard a tailor swift song to my knowledge at least I can name famous western song 'closed on sunday'.
