need help finding an obscure black metal album

so there's this obscure NSBM band I found online, and I'm very interested in their album. can a lain procur it for me? I don't think it's available on the internet, i checked everything except red. the cd costs 10usd, if someone is generous enough to buy and upload it. The album is "heir of mental degeneration" by "muhammad pedophile"
