IDM

Listening to all this IDM has made me too intelligent to bother with an introduction, so I'm just going to post some stuff and you can join in. >Artificial Intelligence https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_mhinZjyXI This is a compilation album, so its probably a good place to start if you're new. >Nautilis https://planetmu.bleepstores.com/music/artist/49172-nautilis The album "sketches" is great. >Aphex Twin https://aphextwin.warp.net/ Whatever, you fuarrrking know who Aphex twin is. Take your pick, you can't go wrong. >Boards of Canada https://www.youtube.com/user/boardsofcanada It's a mixed bag. Linked to their youtube channel 'cus their homepage is utter soykaf.

Biosphere does some really good ambient tracks. https://biosphere.bandcamp.com/ There is a lot of music I would classify as IDM in the Lain soundtracks 'Bootleg' and 'Cyberia mix'. >Bootleg: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=otUN-OdlpS8 >Cyberia Mix: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bEHUFRRK9Sk

Wisp is great. I don't listen to much IDM, so I can't say if you liked X you'll like wisp. All him music just sounds real nice. One of those artists that just fits my taste. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRFmGEG_wm0&list=PLryJ-4UNwXndB2gY6pP9EAXdatRCO7zpP https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NBznKPRCzQo

If you liked Boards of Canada you should listen to FSOL's (Future Sound Of London) Lifeforms, then you could go for Dead Cities (and i say Dead Cities for everyone because the first part of this album ia really obscure ambient/cyberpunk-ish) I think everyone here will love this one.
