So there exists this fan LN that was made last year, and the author seems to be looking into translating it into English.
Gauging interest on twitter.
I have not read it, nor heard of this author before. I just think that any Lain content is good content, and official translations when done right are better than stalled fan translations. You can pirate it later anyway. I don't think imageboards are a good place to gather support, but maybe some of you had experience with/know of translation groups that may be interested in/commissioned for this?

Sounds it could be interesting yet on the other hand even the Serial Experiments Lain PS1 game never got a full fan translation.

>>4961 https://laingame.net/ Is it good? Not dived in it yet.

>>4962 I played the ps2 rom, i have never figured out how to play the laingame online. The game is not very good, but the narative is interesting, imo youre better off reading the translated dialogues and watching the movies.
