Anyone here read Deleuze? Is it a good idea to jump straight into "Logic of Sense" or "What Is Philosophy" right away with very basic knowledge of postmodernism and psychoanalysis?

Give what is philosophy a shot first. It would be useful if you have read some of the works that influenced his thinking
Also don't be afraid to give a shot to those books that help make sense of some of his texts, specially those written by students of Deleuze at the end of last century.
Nowadays individuals of all sorts of ideological persuasions are consistently incorporating his worldviews and ideas into their own. This was bound to happen; my advice is: do not get bogged down into their interpretations, use them as tools to help you make sense of it.
If anything, remember to always go back to the source and use the notes and bibliography presented by Deleuze if you are really curious or willing to delve deep

I'm reading the Routledge introduction to Deleuze as a secondary material. Who are some of these students of him that I should also check out?

I am reading Cinema

I'm also interested in Deleuze and Guattari, ever since I heard of them through Nick Land.
Would you propose something of their work together?

Jump straight into ATP. Teaching yourself how to parse this text gives you a feel for the mindset of D/G better than any proper academic primer.
