Hello Lainons. I have a book you should read. Good cyberpunk novel's are damn hard to find in my experience but this is easily my favorite, yet pretty much completely unknown. Here is the basic premise >Maya Andreyeva is a "camera", a reporter with virtual reality broadcasting equipment implanted in her brain. What she sees, millions see; what she feels, millions share This book was published in the early 90's but still feels a bit too futuristic for most even today. And the best part is that its not entirely focused on world-building. The characters feel very life-like in their post-cyberpunk civilization. Not like the stand-ins that populate most sci-fi.

That description of Maya Andreyeva reminds me of Streaming-chan from VA-11 HALL-A. Sounds interesting lain, I'll give it a read.

>>2550 I am not sure how allowed discussion of the Seven Sea's is on here but if you need it I can get a link to an EPUB.

>>2552 You can post epub and pdf here just like posting a jpg... within acceptable size limits.

Epub?

Sounds really cool, Lain! I'll check it out. It may not be the most original of recommendations but I recommend Hard-boiled Wonderland and the End of the World by Haruki Murakami.

Currently a few chapters in and it really feels super futuristic. I can't imagine what it was like in the 90s.

>>2547 Just realized this is the same basis as the movie with tom hanks and the girl from harry potter, except that movie talked about how great broadcasting your life is.

I will buy this just for you lainon.
