Post the last book that you really enjoyed and what you're currently reading. I had to scroll back pretty far on the list of soykaf I've read but it was 'The Age of Empire' by Hobsbawm. And right now I've just started Ilium by Dan Simmons which seems to be pretty trippy, looking forward to finding out how he frames the story.

>>2513 I read the first part of roadside picnic. Was pretty dope.

>>2516 me agin, i should be reading more of the classical stuff. i'm pretty ignorant in that regard. i read dante's inferno about halfway and that's how it usually goes for that sort of stuf.

>>2513 finished neuromancer recently, I really enjoyed it. Going to pick up the wheel of time next, how fuarrrked am I?

>>2524 It's long. Very long. It's also about teenagers in what I've read so far. It starts to get interesting after the first fifty or so pages once you have some of an idea where you are and what's going on. It's fun.

>>2513 I really enjoyed reading No Longer Human by Osamu Dazai. Currently reading Gravity's Rainbow by Thomas Pynchon. About halfway through.

Last book I really enjoyed... Stoner probably. I'm reading Confessions of a Mask right now, pretty cool, pretty gay. Wanna read Jude the Obscure next.

>>2524 Juste make sure you can read all of it without stopping. I started reading it and had to wait for the last book to be published. When the book was realeased I couldn't remember anything about the series and couldn't be bothered to start reading it all over again.
