I've been playing a cutesy game called Voxtale recently. The gameplay is barely innovative enough to keep me playing, but the writing is funny and keeps me going, which I definitely didn't expect from a mobile game. my 2 cents

On Fdroid there's a Libre game called Tanks of Freedom, and it is really good.

I still think it's pretty impressive that I can run modded Minetest on my phone.
It's on F-Droid, as is the mod manager which makes life much easier.
