Potential Lain MC Server

I was considering setting up a minecraft server or two for whatever lainons play it. There was a couple of things I wanted to run by the community before I did. Does one already exist? Does the community even WANT one? What version(s) would you prefer? (i.e alpha, beta, 1.8, 1.12, 1.20, etc) Should there be an implemented spawn area protection, or towny systems? And literally anything else you can think of. If you're at all remotely interested, I would love to get one set up for lainkind and see some lains online here and there. Let me know what you think!

I don't believe I could secure it enough without whitelisting players, and that's just... so much upkeep. It takes one bad actor to ruin it for everyone

I would play it! it sounds like a cool idea, but on the note of the version I don't know but the best idea would be to choose the most secure one. I also think something like a discord server and whitelisting would make it safer from griefing.

I'm excited to see where this goes it seems like a good idea but something you could add would be an anti-cheat and a anti-xray

>>7539 From what I gather, beta 1.7.3 is a popular version among some old-version Minecraft communities and in my limited experience it's a nice balance between the very old and the new.
