Hey guys, just found out that your skull shape can actually change due to wearing headphones. How do I prevent this from happening to me?

Wear a hat or some padding on your head.

tight metal band rivited to your skull. Keeps the pressure up to hold the headphones out.
alternately don't wear headphones that dig into your skull

what have you been reading, lainon? It sounds like misinformation. I severely doubt your, or anyone else's pair of headphones exerts enough pressure onto their skull to malform it. The only issue I've ever run into is that wearing headphones consistently can cause a dent/parting in your hair, which can be repaired by combing it or something very easily.
