Space Station 13

I like Space Station 13. Do you? Do you have any fun stories to tell? For those unfamiliar, it's a topdown roleplaying sandbox-ish game with a steep learning curve. It has a lot of depth and moving parts, which is probably why I enjoy it so much.

SS13: Colonial Marines looks like more fun than a barrel of Darwins. Barotrauma is kind of SS13 as a ragdoll platformer in a submarine. There've been a few attempts at a 3D SS13 but they all died. Lifeweb is an insanely difficult SS13 clone set on a failed colony fallen to barbarism, it's impossible to get into and there is NO manual or FAQ, and the creator is some kind of mad Russian aspie. It's not so much when and if you die as how spectacularly you expire, how many pieces you are in, and how many times you were raped.

I'm not sure what a good way to gauge interest is (assuming there is interest) but if enough people would like I could set up a server for lainons to play on.

I couldn't find a way to install BYOND on my devuan, things I tried include: - Trying winehq guides - Trying forum guides - Trying 3 different wine versions - Building the latest wine - Building a wine version that supposedly ran BYOND - Trying a reddit guide - Installing playonlinux - Uninstalling playonlinux - Installing every win* package I see Maybe I am just bad at wine or stupid but according to the internet BYOND doesn't really play nicely with wine and often breaks with new versions so I decided to use my crappy laptop for playing ss13
