This is the trailer for Railroad Tracks, an exploration game I have been working on in my spare time. It draws inspiration from stuff like Yume Nikki, Palette and Mother. Hop yuo like it

Unfortunately, I am not able to play it as it is not free as in freedom. Please consider releasing the game under a free software license.

Not so concerned about free software on my part, but the fact that you cant run it native on linux is a no go these days.
Since i am a gamedev myself i know how hard it is to bring up something decent so congrats, hope it came out just as you liked.
Good luck anyhow.

If the engine is SDL, it shouldn't be a huge deal.

I am considering releasing (parts of) it under CC BY-SA in the future, but until I have time to look into that it is still copyrighted. I will keep you posted.
The game is out on itch.io now with some bugfixes. (nothing major)

It's interesting to watch an announcement like this slowly become a finished game. Good luck.
I haven't played it yet, because it's proprietary, but I'll try to keep it in mind if I ever find myself at a Windows system I can install software on.
