What are you playing right now? Are you looking forward to E3? What are some of your favorite games?

>What are you playing right now? I've had a great deal of fun with Hexoshi, so far. I'm mostly having fun with older games right now, so I'm at the beginning of Final Fantasy on my Wonderswan. I'm also halfway finished with Virtual Boy Wario Land, but my Virtual Boy is experiencing screen issues that I've not tried to fix yet. I've played through several levels of Space Station Silicon Valley recently, but the game is questionably fun to me; it probably gets much better in later levels once the complexity increases. Asides from that, I've been dabbling with CHIP-8 and plan to start making games soon. Of particular note is an idea for simultaneous multiplayer on the platform, but I'm not certain quite how well that would work. Time will tell. I'm considering playing Katawa Shoujo soon. It's unfortunate that many GNU/Linux games aren't available in distribution repositories. It makes me wary of actually running the programs. Asides from this concern, it seems like it will be fun. >Are you looking forward to E3? I'm rather entirely apathetic to E3. I expect it will largely disappoint people. >What are some of your favorite games? I like puzzle games, so bulls and cows, Gunpey, and Tetris are all fun; I'd like to give Klax a try soon, as I want to see Atari's answer to the puzzle craze. I'm also fond of games with a gameplay style similar to the original Legend of Zelda or Adventure, that is top down with movement in all four directions; there's so many variations on this formula and so many can be fun. The RPG is an interesting category, but I'm usually not fond of the heavy and slow pace, but action RPGs, such as the Legend of Zelda, have a dubious distinction as RPGs; some of the older entries in the genre are fun to play simply for its own sake, but I don't see any newer traditional RPGs that seem fun. I want to say solving a mystery can be fun, but this feels like a combination of genres rather than a distinct one. I also don't play these much and so can't give a good opinion on it; again, the older ones look more fun than current offerings. Asides from this, I suppose I don't play many more genres much. Perhaps I should try branching out more.

>>244 >What are you playing right now? Persona 5 in my PS4, Killer Instinct in my PC and Soul Sacrifice Delta in my PSVita. I'm retaking it after a break to play the original Nier. Man, what a fuarrrking amazing game. I still liked Automata better, but if I had played Nier back in 2010 my mind would've been completely blown. Also I need to buy a new battery charger for my 3ds. I was almost done with Shin Megami Tensei 4 and I somehow lost my charger. I'm a fuarrrking idiot. >Are you looking forward to E3? Of course, though I'm not looking forward to anything in particular >What are some of your favorite games? Doom, Shin Megami Tensei 1 and Nier Automata.

>What are you playing right now? I'm on a RTS spree, with some old arcade ports and flight games on the side. I'd replay FONV if i had my rig ready for it. >Are you looking forward to E3? memes. >What are some of your favorite games? I'll know them when I see them.
