M1 Scheme

I recently stumbled across something very odd. Basically there are Russians which impose the United Nations, in order to certify themselves. Inherently they claim to create a new financial system, with "magic master keys" or say to behold these. It seems to be completely "accepted", or not of interest in Russia to investigate them. And what doe Lainon think of these odd schemes?

Thank you for your post, this is interesting. On one level it sounds like the sovereign citizen stuff from the USA, even the ethnic aspect is kind of like "Moorish" black sovereign citizens. I know some post-soviet countries have issues with legitimacy of property and hence quasi-legal corporate raiding. It makes sense for people to try to construct this sort of appeal to the legitimacy of the UN and all of their ethnic backgrounds. Then, it also makes sense for the elites to leave this alone. Violent corporate raiding constrains the growth of the pie, the entrenched powers reliably get their slice. Oligarchs would love for property to be legitimized with a new basis, even if it begins with delusion. (This only applies if it is less a pure scam and more a service based partly on lies.)
