If it's the jews, this is an interesting one since they basically scare their children from young age that anyone outside their group could turn on them at any point. So even the secular ones get the notion of the goym instilled. Their own neuroticism and historic fears is what makes them act in that way that's a self fulfilling prophecy. It's tragic and not entirely their own fault. The way to solve this is to simply talk about this, and protect and restore freedom of speech on this issue.
