What resources, services, materials etc should I try to get as a young adult male with ADHD?

Don't convince yourself that you have limitations. There is good reason to distrust everything in psychiatry. If you convince yourself that you have ADHD, you will vice yourself.

I am rawdogging (as you young whippersnappers say) life with AuDHD. No meds, I was in therapy for social anxiety and also got diagnosed. But I don't want to take drugs to enjoy life.
>>93152 is right. That doesn't mean you don't have it. It just means you're not limited by your psychology. You can embrace what you are and how you function. Find a job that you feel good in (protip: office jobs are awful for adhd IMO). Do what you feel is right, and not what others expect of you.
For my ADHD, I prefer having a physical (not hard) job instead of sitting down. I'm a technical guy, and I work in steel industry. it's also great for my 'tism, because I don't have to work with many people and can focus on details.
Working out in some capacity is also basically a requirement for managing ADHD. You don't have to have a full gym regime, but just bicycling to work and doing some pushups at home can be enough. Something to burn energy.

Try changing your diet. You'd be surprised how many "psychiatric illnesses" are caused by pesticides, toxins, excessive sugar intake, lack of nutrition, et cetera.
Also, get rid of social media, web surfing, generally anything where you're exposed to information like a beachside house in a tsunami. Remind yourself that you can only really learn through depth - 300 youtube videos will make you feel smart, 3 books actually *will* make you smart.
