The Aesthetics of Rain, Wind and Storm:

Erik Johansson · 2018-07-19 04:31
Does anyone else here prefer rainy, stormy and windy weather to the usual palate of sunny and boring? >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AiqVl8YIVXY >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0AE_DeeW9bw >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WSlgKZrHJg8 >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_kc_VR30VI >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AsD5u6k6dKI (this one sets off my thalassophobia a little) >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k5Iv3xahGdI Does anyone else agree?

>>8742 Why can't you go for the patrician combination and have slight rain with a good amount of sunlight? Still, which I prefer kinda changes around the year, but I always love windy days, even if I don't get many where I live.

>>8743 Because being an eques of taste is perfectly comfortable. That way, I don't belong the degenerate and stuck up patricians, and don't have to visit their stupid parties. >t. Cicero

Heavy summer rain is the best. Umbrellas are fun. Last time I bought shoes I decided to get waterproof chukkas to increase my rain enjoyment even more. Cuz rain is good, but being wet is just ok.

yeah, all the way. Dark/gloomy aesthetics>>>>> bright sun.

I like walking barefoot just before the first sun. I collect the pent-up chaos which patiently waits to erupt when the world wakes from its still nightly slumber. Earth is electric. Read a physics textbook. This means wearing insulated shoes cuts you off from a field of ions which will energize the body and mind as it flows slowly out of your head and creates electromagnetic waves and eddy currents. When it rains you see everyone covering up, hiding under shelter. But water is diamagnetic and creates a much different field when so much falls to earth. We are electrochemical beings, so why not experience plugging into all of natures circuits? I like walking barefoot in the rain, no umbrella, just a cap to shield the eyes. Thunder Storms are my favorite. Shout a mysterious question below the waters above and thunder will give an enlightened reply...

Where I live, storms and all manner of precipitation are the norm. They are at least an inconvenience and worst life threatening and summer is half as long as other places I've lived. I'll take all the sun my vitamin D deprived body can get if you don't want it.

I love rainy weather as long as its sufficient warm to enjoy it. I do long walks when it rains, the air is so nice and clean and all the plants are so shiny and clean. And the surges and rivers look so nice when it all moves. The sound is highly relaxing too. The best part is a nice rain on a hot day.

Average head is +-200 volts measurable charge differential vs feet, but the current flow is severely limited while wearing shoes...
