Question about my teacher

Hello dear internet friends. I am sorry deeply, because my english is not the best... I hope you can still read and help me. I have a teacher, let's call her Satou teacher. She was holding a class for I needed credits. I went and passed. But she liked me and asked me to help her with project. I was going overseas so I said nothing, but now since I come back she asks again. Teacher Satou is meeting with me this wednesday. I want to politely ask her to not make me involve. I have many studies and research. How can I tell her politely? I don't want to make hearthbreak. Thank you nameless!
