Asking for sex

SHODAN · 2024-04-26 09:18
Lainons, is it true that you can approach a 20 year old and straight up ask him if he wants to have sex? I am socially very awkward and it's hard for me to start a conversation with people, let alone do something like flirting or whatever. I just can't do it. It woud be a lot easier for me to just go straight to the point but I've never seen this happen, well, at least it hasn't ever happened to me lol. I don't want to go through a bunch of social protocols to eventually find out the other person isn't at all interested in sexual intercourse, thus making me waste a lot of energy and time. Second, it seems to me like younger guys are more open to homosex, though in my generation at least it's a bit of a taboo, so that you can't just approach any random guy and expect him to be gay. I know a lot of men do like homosex but again, it's a bit of a taboo. I've noticed that homosex is more common among the newer generations, but I may just be seeing a sort of survivorship bias. I am wondering if I approach some young guy and ask him if he wants sex, whether it may work or if it'll get me in trouble. As I said, I'm socially very awkward and I really have no interest in making friends, I just want sex; it'll be easier for me to just ask upfront. I like younger boys (in their 20s), which makes social interaction a bit more difficult, I'm not yet too old (early 30s) but I think maybe I am already perceived as old by that age group, but at the same time it does seem promising that I perceive them to be a lot more "liberal" about the whole thing. I'm sorry for the repetitive post, I hope it's elaborated enough for the blue-text-bot. pic unrelated.

>Lainons, is it true that you can approach a 20 year old and straight up ask him if he wants to have sex? You certainly can. I won't vouch for their reaction though. >Second, it seems to me like younger guys are more open to homosex I'm not sure that's true, and even if it were, homosexuals are a tiny minority.

IDK about your stupid problems but thats a killer picture OP might for once not actually be a glitterboy. Oh, wait.
Shogun · 2024-04-26 14:43
>>80204 Funny how gays are said above to be "a tiny minority", when in fact they seem to be fuarrrking omnipresent.

just go on apps and its ez I lost most my sex drive at 20 tho

Just straight up asking strangers for sex is going to lead you down a dangerous path. Getting laid isn't worth putting yourself at that kind of risk.

>>80194 I would generally say one might easily see. 1. Younger gay people, dress formerly, in a way that its not adequate to their age. / It always felt odd seeing how cleanly some are dressed compared to their peers at the same young age. 2. You can make out decent nods, like wrist bands with rainbows etc. 3. Sub cultures and anime offer a platform. 4. Feminine elements incorporated in normal appearance. This is my observations, and the things that always struck me when communicating with them. Does not apply always.
Erik Johansson · 2024-04-27 16:39
If it's a gay-friendly club type space then it is fine. In most other environments it's creepy, you'll have a very high rejection rate, people who accept will very likely be diseased, and some people will assault you in response. if you could find guys that use methamphetamine I find they are the best. Even if theyre straight they get so horny theyll turn. Apps are easy but the quality of guys on there isnt as great and those people are very diseased. In any case, it really isnt worth it. Sex is overrated and there are so many risks, stresses and consequences. By the way, I have autism and i think you probably do too; you should go get a diagnosis.
sage · 2024-04-28 07:38
Comes down to your looks and age. Cold asking younger guys even if they happen to be bi likely will not be interested. If you're a bear or bvll, you're probably best looking for effeminate twinks. If you're an older twink then asking some young dude who's possibly disillusioned with this clown world may get your ass kicked. Basically the older and uglier you are the less chances you have and the more you have to look into weird clubs, bars and online communities and platforms. But the higher are your chances of catching some gay people bug so try not to get aids or monkey pox if you go down that path.
Bob Arctor · 2024-04-28 16:51
There was a girl who asked me to have sex with her and it just made me feel uncomfortable because she didnt let me get to know her first. I also had seen some vid of some girl who went around asking guys to rape her and they act awkward and just try to get her number and basically asked her out on a date. So I think making your intent clear early on is good but you likely cant just be bluntly asking for sex without some people being uncomfortable and put off. You lookin for male on male adds an extra layer of potential problems where some people might get violent in their reaction you coming on like that.
Hacker · 2024-04-28 18:29
if you're going to be selective in your approach at all, you should research gay fashion, flagging, and the tells people use to to indicate they're homosexuals. if i was 20 y.o. gay or bi man, i would be creeped out by a 30 year old guy randomly hitting on me, then again, im a girl and dont like unwanted attention from strangers. >gays are diseased, avoid men with disease my understanding is that gay men can be very clean and getting diseases from them is avoidable. firstly there is PrEP and PEP for AIDS, there is also a vaccine for hepatitis and for HPV which are some of the most common. there is also a PrEP-type preventative for gonorrhea, if i recall. >>80234 >if you could find guys that use methamphetamine I find they are the best don't hard drug users have higher rates of STI anyway?
Dox · 2024-04-28 18:52
>>80250 That Lain likely wasn't saying "gays are diseased" but that promiscuous people are more likely to be. Though it is noteworthy that certain STIs pass on through the rectum more easily which is a big part of why different rates of STIs in different groups of people.
Turner · 2024-04-28 19:18
>>80251 there's multiple lains saying it, though, and rather than just talking about promiscuity is basing it on context and corresponding to other qualities. even saying "you don't want to catch a gay bug like AIDS" in one post. maybe some things can correspond to promiscuity but the logical conclusion is that anyone who says yes to you is more of a slut and thats a horrible mindset to hold when you are having sex with people.
Nameless · 2024-04-28 19:43
>>80252 I missed some of the posts comments then. It was just. You phrased it very close to one specific post so I thought you meant that one.

>>80254 oh no sorry, I did that because I have autism
Just another Random Lainon · 2024-04-29 07:46
>>80251 users, especially ones who will accept random street propositionings, are rather promiscuous in general.
sage · 2024-04-29 13:41
>>80252 Spare me your outrage. People should be able to do with their bodies what they desire, sure. Live the most pleasure driven life you can and go out chasing the dragon for what I care. But don't deny reality and keep people from making an informed decision. Will that make people do less of those things if they knew the full extent of the risk? Good! You can't help it and need to pick up some bloke 10 years younger than yourself anyway? Sure, go ahead! The matter of fact is however that people who would spontaneously agree to sex with a random 30 year old stranger on the street most likely aren't very picky and possibly had sex partners in the triple digits. Now crunch the odds of them having contracted something by that point and you need to make that value judgement by yourself whether you wish to combat some disease for the rest of your life for a quick kick. And sure, heroin addicts sharing hypodermic needles have a higher rate of sharing infections but that's a horribly low standard to set. Either way, don't get the monkey pox. Or do, idgaf.
The Plague · 2024-04-30 01:06
>>80259 you act like you have this sense of the hard reality when you cant stop spewing wildly incorrect premises about STIs and gay. i never denied men with more male sexual partners are at a higher risk of STIs, my point is that its 1) preventable and 2) the association of venereal diseases with gay men constructs this sense of purity against them when in reality 20% of new AIDS cases are women and a significant enough fraction of the men with AIDS are straight. plus even at higher rates, it is still uncommon. And to reiterate, the gay men I've known are a lot better at getting tested than straight people are. your seemingly argument comes from "common sense" that is actually a product of progressivism and the hygiene movement, the former of which I'm sure you feel you are railing against. Furthermore, the primary cause of STDs being spread is from lack of protection, something none of you seem to talk about and instead seem to be more interested in fuarrrking men raw, without any kind of protective medication which i hate to burst *your* bubble is far more unsafe than what I suggested. t. harm reduction worker
Special Agent Bob · 2024-04-30 03:31
>>80251 True, I wrote it and that is what i meant. I didnt even think of the whole "gays are diseased" bullshit argument. OP is clearly very naive and i'd say he definitely would be better off trying to find someone else in a similar situation rather than being taken advantage of by some random slut. I suppose it's just my preference but promiscuous diseased guys are so nasty and often deranged, and his plan would lead him right to them.
sage · 2024-04-30 12:09
>>80263 Just stating what ought to be overwhelmingly obvious. Anal sex with random strangers is what maximizes your chances to catch a wide range of various diseases from HIV to worms. You apparently feeling being called out and having to retroactively make your actions sound reasonable and smart doesn't change the fact. I'm not aware of any miracle medicine which shields you from any infections. And using condoms? You might as well just look at each other jacking off. And they tear on the regular too but you talk like it's some impenetrable shield while, well, penetrating some promiscuous person's rectum. And many gay men are, often having long lists of sexual partners while being limited to butt stuff. You say 20% of aids cases are women. What's the other 80? Is it men? And how come men are 4 times likely to catch it? Is it because 3/4s of those are fuarrrking each other in the ass? Again, not saying all gay men are diseased even if your hysteria blends this nuance out. But there's a reason why it's usually the gay community who ends up as the hotbed (no pun intended) for various things like aids and most recently mpox. And that's not just a bubble on my side or what personal examples counter to it you can pull out. Though I'd argue that if you're not promiscuous, stay with the same partner and don't do too much of the sex anally then there isn't even much of a need to get tested for anything to begin with. And that is just (apparently not so) common sense. And what has politics to do with biology? Are you implying I'm some ultra duper right winger because you don't like those facts? And what the hell is the hygiene movement? Just wash your pecker lmao! >furthermore Reddit moment! If you're truly into harm reduction then you might actually listen to what others have to say and not just come up with wild nonsense. Or better yet don't go around defending and promoting those street hook ups where you have gay sex with random strangers that OP is looking for. Do you know of any better ways than that to spread STDs? >>80265 People are or at least should be free to be nasty and deranged guys. If that's what OP wishes to be or to become that's his choice. But there also seems to be a general lack of awareness of the dangers that come with such a life style for individuals who haven't peered from within or like the previous anon is being willfully ignorant and defensive for whatever reasons.
Delilah · 2024-04-30 19:04
>>80266 >You apparently feeling being called out and having to retroactively make your actions sound reasonable and smart doesn't change the fact. I don't fuarrrk men off the street dude, or much at all for that matter and I wouldn't do that with a penis if i had one. you're the one sticking your dick some asshole unprotected and claiming that you're safe just because you pretend to have standards about it. at the end of the day if you're not wearing a condom for anal sex its a matter of time before you catch something, fact remains if you actually gave a soykaf about not getting diseases then you would use a fuarrrking condom. >but condoms break condoms break <1% of the time and thats not a random chance, it hppens when the condoms are old or stored improperly. if they break more often than that its probably because you're wearing them wrong, men have issues with buying condoms that are too large for them. >there isn't even much of a need to get tested for anything to begin with >no need to get tested if i follow some made up rules based on whether i think someone's a slut or not the reason you haven't gotten sick isn't because you call other gay men disgusting its because STIs are very uncommon to begin with. im not trying to tell you that nothing you do makes it lower but ive known gay men with hundreds of partners who rarely caught anything except like, HPV since he wasn't vaccinated. >mpox isn't just an STI, it is spread by skin to skin contact which goes to show this isn't actually about sex to you but rather your feelings about promiscuity. >gay community a hotbed for disease besides HIV, which ~1/2 of cases are gay and bi men Syphilis is the other STI far more common among men and only 30% of syphilis cases are from self-identified homosexuals. source here: https://www.cdc.gov/std/statistics/2022/slides/2022-STI-Surveillance-All-Slides.pptx . There's even STIs more common among women, such as gonorrhea. >reddit moment! do they say Furthermore on reddit alot? how do you know that? actually on the subject of you clearly being a new user, i love how you put sage in all fields to argue with people who are not going to do that and bump the thread anyway. do you even know what sage means?
sage · 2024-04-30 20:26
>>80276 >only 50% of HIV cases are gays >only 1/3rd of syphilis cases are gays From what percentage of the population? Like 10% at most? So from what you're telling me it sounds that gays transmit and contract a heavily disproportional amount of sexually related diseases. >more women have gonorrhea. More than men in general or more than gay men exclusively, who again are a smaller population than that of women. Interestingly if you do look at the percentages of the very stats you linked then you see what I said being confirmed. Especially looking at the ones for NYC, sheesh! >made up rules based on whether i think someone's a slut or not If you stayed with the same partner and they have not been cheating then after the first few times there really is no need to get tested for anything sexually transmitted. STDs don't just spontaneously materialize from the rubbing of skin but jump from host to host. The reason one needs to do regular screens is if they keep changing sexual partners regularly. That is pretty much the definition of being promiscuous from which there's those aforementioned risks I'm trying to make more people aware of. It surprises me that I need to explain that. >but I've met some men who engaged in anal sex with hundreds of other men who in turn likely did the same and the most they've got is some milder sexually transmitted virus, or so they say The only immunity I see is of you towards logic and a sense for statistics. Most of your other points don't even make sense like >the reason you haven't gotten sick isn't because you call other gay men disgusting You clearly don't grasp what I said, despite it simply being the fact that if you have gay anal sex with various strangers then you're essentially maximizing your chances of contracting aids. Ask Freddy Mercury. Why you feel threatened my that statement is unclear to me. Are you one of these freak fujoshis who want the world to be like their yaoi porn comics? If so then I'm sorry for ruining that for you but little of what you've said challenges my initial premise. And you downplaying these dangers is harmful to others.

Roger Pollack · 2024-05-07 22:37
>>80251 Fun fact: because there more hereto than homo, and anal sex is popular in total, homo while being at higher risk make up less of the population of STI carriers than total population (since they're minority). Is funny, like how AIDS became "gay disease" even thought majority of carriers weren't gay.
Ein · 2024-05-08 17:12
If someone wants sex so badly, just visit a licensed brothel in places like Nevada. >>80409 It has to do with disproportions with the percentage of AIDS and HIV cases with the percentage of the population that is homosexual.
