Life as Political Existence/o9a
Nguoi La · 2024-03-16 11:10
I believe life can be experienced most intensively and meaningfully only by having a greater-than-life purpose, goal or mission that you are striving towards while bringing forth everything that you are to its attainment, body and soul. The apparent lack of this I also believe to be the crux of the modern decadence surrounding us all, but I digress.
I wanted to make this thread because I'm currently at something of a crossroads in my life: left of me lies a life path filled with unimaginable amount of hardships, toil, and suffering, but also meaning, and on the right side awaits the life of mundanity. The choice seems fairly obvious to me, but I'm hesitant to really go all in for it. I suspect what I need now in order to overcome the last mental blockades is to hear people's experiences and the paths they've taken so far and to figure out the path I want to take from other people's example.
In case there are any Niners or anyone else here who have walked or are currently walking on such paths, is there anyone who'd like to share their tales? Where did you begin? What were the challenges? What did it take for you to overcome them? At your lowest point and at the heights of your doubt/despair/burdens, how did you manage to pull through? In retrospect, are you proud of the path you've ventured?

2 - Stay silent.
3 - Don't be a martyr. You need to do it again.

Imagine your life as a movie and picture yourself its sole audience. If you, the protagonist, were to refuse the hero's call in favor of a life of easy comforts, no real stakes and a constant stream of one dull event after another without any hopes for a true climax, a path which you had taken almost at the first quarter of the movie, ask yourself would you honestly go watch it? And if we grant us to consider the worst case scenario, it'll be the one and only movie you're ever going to get to watch. That being the case, isn't it almost like a duty that you'd want to uphold for yourself to make it the best god damn movie you're ever going to go watch, act in and direct?

I honestly did not know what kind of reassurances I was looking for or hoping to get, but all that seemed to be what was necessary. Thank you, anon.
And so my work begins.

If going through hell makes for a good movie then I'm better without it. Anyway, I don't consider life as something blessing. It's a curse for me. Forced upon me without my consent. I'll do everything to make it as painless as possible.

>I don't consider life as something blessing. It's a curse for me.
Been there. Done that. But after doing it for most of my life, I realized that's not the way to go. It's not fulfilling. If I had to do that another 2 to +10 years I'd unironically and very seriously rather shoot myself. Covering before pain and opting out at the first sight of struggle provides no sustenance. In fact, it makes it all into one big gray drudge. If you're into gaming, you must've realized that the most worthwhile things are usually the ones that are the hardest to attain. If you got everything handed to you, what would be the point of the whole game? It's literally the same thing in life, although now a minor inconvenience equals to physical pain, among other things. But as with almost anything, you can adapt to it and learn to deal with it. You could drink a whole bottle of cyanide and not die provided you built your tolerance to it. But I'm not here to convince you of anything, because I know better than that - as I said, "been there, done that" - and that the only cure to it is literally yourself.
As someone said, "there are heights of the soul where even tragedy ceases to look tragic."

Hi lain
I find my aspiration for the transcendent to be highly tied with an obsession for suffering. To the point where I believe it is just a shadow of deeper self hatred. I think the danger for the left is that it might just be a tropism to trauma rather than something truly meaningful. Would you still want o9a if you have a comfortable happy life and upbringing?
On o9a. Was quite drawn to its ordeals. Even tried a baby version of staying alone on the mountain at night, quite intense! The child abuse and racism in it are big turn offs for me though. What drawn you to o9a?
Rick Deckard · 2024-03-21 17:00
>>78914
>What drawn you to o9a?
You mean "is drawing" or "has drawn"?
If the former, then I'd say lack of excitement, want of spiritual struggle in my life, desire to develop certain qualities, as well as the disdain I feel for the modern apathy and complacency. If the latter case, then the fact that they were mentioned and spoken highly of in the writings of the religion of Illumination, which alone makes it worth pursuing.
>Would you still want o9a if you have a comfortable happy life and upbringing?
If you'd define what it means to have a "comfortable happy life and upbringing" in the contemporary world, then I might hope to answer such a question. Because to me, judging by today's standards, even a "comfortable happy life" sounds like its own kind of hell.
>the implication that proponents of o9a are broken or obsessed with suffering
If by "obsession" you mean the pursuit of suffering, I strongly disagree - of course there are many kinds of suffering, but of the self-indulgent, revellingly sado-masochistic kind, I don't buy it for second.
If you mean the Gnostic kind of suffering - the hatred of the material world, but accompanied by the understanding that suffering is a necessary part of the world in order to bring it into completion - then I wholeheartedly agree.
>The child abuse and racism in it are big turn offs for me though
Kind of the point, but also focusing on it misses the forest for the trees.

Wasn’t the founder of O9A, David Myatt, connected to Operation Gladio?
Also what is your opinion on Atomwaffen/Iron March? Joshua Calder Sutter infiltrated Atomwaffen, and as an FBI informant he spread O9A ideology and a lot of sick stuff in order to discredit Atomwaffen among the circles. He did similar thing in Aryan Nations. He was paid 140k in total as a minimum of what we know.
O9A does have interesting texts but the fact that feds promoted it, in order to take down Atomwaffen, makes me dislike it.

I can't speak to the matter of fact of Myatt having been involved in operation Gladio, but I share the opinion of Interzone Analysis' interpretation, according to which the newer o9a materials are a psyops in order to make all the radicals visible and known to the establishment, which makes it easier to shut them down if and when they do something incriminating, instead of letting them remain concealed and operating from the shadows. If you think about it, terrorism has never succeeded in toppling down a political establishment or effecting political changes which the perpetrators themselves are advocating for - unless in the form of a false flag operations where the point is not political change in the form of a policy-advocation but rather the polarization and acceleration of a pre-existing political conflict between two opposing sides when you're operating from a third political position that seeks the destruction of them both. If the establishment can flush such radical elements out of the system and bring them into the light for all to see by a simple ideological co-optation and narrative hijacking that pushes the extremist indoctrination even further than what is needed, then it manages to minimize all the irreparable ideological and large-scale military harm that invisible operatives working within political institutes for their own satanic purposes could in theory manage to inflict upon the establishment to the size of a mere handful of casualties from a couple of terrorist strikes here and there - all in all, a very generous trade from the establishment's perspective; moreover, a little bit of terrorism here and there might actually be preferrable to the establishment, because that will give them the justification to increase control over the population.

Depends on what you mean by terrorism. American revolutionaries (lol), Cuban revolutionaries, Hezbollah, Irgun, South African anti-apartheid activists, Baghat Singh all come to mind.

Yes, I realize terror and revolution can go hand in hand, but the notable distinction resides in the former's "randomness" and lack of long-term goals and the necessary organization structure to execute their actions consecutively and carry them over an extended, possibly even indefinite span of time. You could picture the islamist attacks in France in 2015 and 2017, which - although they managed to produce a noticeable effect (some people being scared soykafless and newspapers thinking twice whether to print a cartoon of Mohammed or not), nevertheless - managed to do fuarrrk-all in the grand scheme of things: there was no follow-up plan, no grand strategy to continue and prolong the fight, and no organizational structure to keep it going. They were individual attacks and short-sighted - one could even say "pretty random" - as far as their objectives were considered. This is all in contrast to the examples you listed where people actually knew what they were doing.
Project 2501 · 2024-03-28 17:33

The more conspiracy minded might point to links between the CIA and ISIS as explanations for the seemingly 'random' and 'pointless' islamist attacks in those years.

I haven't looked into it all that deeply, but reading a blog post by a Ramin Mazaheri [1] does paint a surprising picture of odd coindicences falling perfectly into place. Either way, my point is that there are instances of banal terrorism and then there's revolutionary/effective terrorism, and the Islamist variety tends to be of the banal kind.

Are you a fan of Nietzsche? Would you call yourself a national socialist? Thoughts on Hitler, was he just a man or something else? As previously mentioned, what is up with the child abuse and O9A? Are those influenced by the feds? What are some teachings of O9A to get started on?

>Are you a fan of Nietzsche?
Yeah, I think that describes me pretty well. I've gone through 1/3 of his literary works so far, and I subscribe to the belief that man is but a transitory phase on our way towards something greater.
>Would you call yourself a national socialist?
Absolutely not, god forbid! But I do see some desirable qualities and aspects to it: out of the Enlightenment political ethos (ie Liberté, égalité, fraternité) its expression of and advocacy for brotherhood, without which liberty and equality are useless, because without it they are left lacking in direction, unity, and purpose, its anti-Abrahamist religious stance, the subjugation of the capitalist class under the absolute will of the state, and the general idea of cultivating a "Greater Man". Everything besides those is just outright laughable. And what makes it all even funnier is when you realize Nazism is just Judaism but metaphysically inverted into a materialist version of itself: Führer is the Messiah, das Volk is the Jewish Chosen People, Lebensraum is the Promised Land, and Final Victory is something like the Paradise. But to me personally, the icing on the cake, however, is the utter degeneracy of the modern neo-Nazi, and it almost makes me laugh thinking about Hitler spinning in his grave if he saw these people today.
>Thoughts on Hitler, was he just a man or something else?
No thoughts, really. A "Great Historical Person", for sure, but pretty much a fuarrrkwit who was possessed by his Shadow, which inflated his Ego. Also, a terrible writer.
>what is up with the child abuse and O9A? Are those influenced by the feds?
Not necessarily. It falls well within the borders of the o9a ethos.
>What are some teachings of O9A to get started on?
At its core, o9a is a culmination of the Western Left-hand path's teachings (most prominently the Gnostic tenent of "Sin for Salvation"). But the essential foundation upon which it rests can - to me at least - be found within and traced back to Jungian psychodynamism, Hegelian dialectics, Nietzschean aristocracy, and an occult historical conception whose origins I can't place (I suspect Theosophy combined with Spenglerian history).
But why am I spoon-feeding you? Just read the relevant work and find out for yourself. I'm sure you can find the third volume to Hostia yourself.

OP here. To clarify, I too think it's sickening. What kind of normal person wouldn't? In fact, there are few things I hold as sacred in this world, and the innocence of children is one of them. Nothing riles me up with such an intense burning hatred like hearing about child abusers, infanticides and pedophiles. In my books they don't even qualify as humans. But in the o9a system, to my understanding at least, holding such things as "sacred" is viewed as weakness that people can exploit, which is why the idea is to overcome these limitations by breaking your moral codes willingly and intentionally. There's also a psychological or spiritual aspect to it (sin for salvation), but I didn't want to get into it all because it is ethically unjustifiable and hence indefensible. Moreover, me not liking it or my viewing of it as ethically deplorable and abominable is exactly the point to a niner: whereas your typical satanist would merely play at killing, raping and sacrificing babies and children or stuff like that a niner actually goes through with it in order to one-up the satanist. It's something like how in Apocalypse Now Colonel Kurtz, initially a moral, decent and rational man, forces himself to do the most vile and sickening things imaginable to man in order to beat his enemies at their own game.
Just thinking about it all makes me want to puke, which is why I don't think I'll ever advance to the higher degrees. Despite that, there's a lot which I happen to agree with within the o9a system.
sage · 2024-05-12 19:11

Political meaning only means control and the need to control. It's an unfulfilling fractal of thorough meaningless and the strive against the void. If you want meaning (and understand meaning is a necessary lie and everyone shares your fear) there are other avenues to live the erotic life. Most as plastic as you'd imagine. Also a middle path if you don't really buy into it but be prepared to be profoundly miserable.

I'm not a niner but I am currently walking the path of Mystical Anarchism. It began since I was a wee lad who showed interest in the occult and politics. My main challenge was finding a way through which it would work for me, other challenges included taking myself seriously, not taking myself too seriously and mockery and so on.
It took a lot of experimentation and persistence to overcome challenges in my path, at my lowest point it was the pandemic which culuminated in homelessness among other things.
I managed to pull through thanks to the spiritual experiences I had gained through that dark night of the soul and it makes it and by extension my life all the more worth it.
I can't say whether I'm proud or not of the path I've ventured yet...that depends on whether I am able to progress further as my journey is not finished yet,
Feel free to ask more.

Any kind of ideological extremism can destroy: political, religious, economic, social, etc. Usually, it's a response to fear among those deficient in rational thinking and behavior; sort of a delusional state of hysteria. That's why it's impossible to reason with an extremist.
