How to create a tulpa?

Pancho5000 · 2023-12-06 11:09
I don't want anything sexual, I just want a friend to help me get through the loneliness and motivate me not to procrastinate and take the path of action in real life. (I thought it could help me quit porn and internet use)(USER WAS WARNED FOR THIS POST, You should always elaborate on your opinions rather than just spilling the soykaf.)

There are guides on the orange site. There is a dedicated sub even. You should be able to find it no problem. I have thought about creating a tulpa for similar reasons, but I have difficulty suspending my self-judgement and disbelief. I like the idea of using a chatbot for companionship. If I am able to use a local and FOSS bot in the future, I might even talk to it as a therapist. Have you seen this? It is behind a Google login, but I would love to have a chat with Lain eventually. en.serialexperimentslain.io

I am trying to make one by telling it about my life and the things I like. I hope she'd start replying me soon.

You're too weak to create a tulpa.

in case anyone would be interested: I've tried creating a tulpa a few years ago. Went at it for a couple weeks, talking to it, trying to vizualize (white sphere technique since I was interested in allowing it to choose its appearance and also I basically can't vizualize soykaf). I was mostly doing it out of curiosity, because I was wondering how much it was self-hypnosis or actual personnality dissociation. Despite my efforts, I got absolutely no results (no answer, no manifestation, no nothing) and I eventually grew bored and stopped any effort. My questions are left unanswered, and maybe I'll try again someday, but I still couldn't verify that tulpas were actually feasible.

>>76214 Alright, here goes. Was a tulpamancer heavily from late 2019 to mid 2022. I'm one of those endos that reintegrated everyone. I've always seen two sides to the discussion of tulpas. "They're a life decision" and "they're a fad you'll have for ~2 years". My system eventually drifted towards reintegrating because we felt we accomplished everything we wanted. The conversation basically went "we've always been part of each other and now we just want to go back to being closer like before". Don't believe anyone who says you have to start from step one if you ever want your tulpa(s) back. Don't believe anyone who says it's a lifelong choice either. It's part of your journey, and the journey determines the answer to how long your tulpas will be around. RESOURCES; 4/x/ /tulpa/ /tul/ threads unironically. If you hate 4chan read them through the archives or at least read the OP copypasta for a bit of guidance >tulpa subreddits good for beginners, should be used sparsely after you start to get consistent contact with your tulpa. Like anything related to reddit if you're using a search engine to find an answer and it leads you to reddit that's fine. Going on reddit and then sifting through is horrible for your personal health. >tulpa.info forum Not what it used to be, went to soykaf before I got into tulpas. Lots of good guides to dig through. Can still be useful and still has a nice community >social media servers Great resource because you're learning from others who've actually practiced things. Brownpill logic applies here where 1 hour of actual effort is worth 100 hours of study. Go find people who have tulpas and learn from them, then be someone with a lot of firsthand experience with tulpas for the next guy. >A friend for loneliness, motivation, taking the right path All good reasons to create a tulpa. Just don't consider your tulpa the golden key to solving your problems. All choices you could make whether they be tulpas, therapy (lol), ketamine, or converting to islam are just tools. It all depends on how YOU use them. >>76242 What are you talking about? Any chat bot will be biased and used to corral thought. Not to mention the methods required to interact with them. They would be a smartphone or worse because you would want to take them with you throughout the day and talk to them like people do texting others throughout the day. Any chat bots that are based on an actual desktop wouldn't be taken around in public and any based on a smartphone would keep you contained within that skinner box that all smartphones have become. Anything more on this should go in it's own thread. We're talking about tulpas here. >>76289 This is a great method but you need to accentuate it by journaling. Keep track of what you've done and what you've experienced your tulpa do. Also write out everything about them. Description, favorite things, what inspired you to make them that way (yes make a collage of everything that influenced them and write why you chose each thing), what you want from them. DETAIL DETAIL DETAIL. You're essentially doing what writers do to add depth to a book. >>76342 Tulpas are feasible if you want them to be, same as magic or anything you want to attract in life. Worldview dictates what's possible, where intention goes energy flows, etc. >letting them choose their own appearance Good segue to the fact that your tulpa can change from what you want them to look like initially. Let them. Don't forget this entity is a part of your brain. They're not going to do anything counteractive to a pleasant life between everyone involved. Not letting them express themselves will only lead to disaster. Ask them why they choose something if you have concerns. Use any adversity as an exercise to strengthen you both. If anyone has questions ask away, I'll keep an eye on this thread to help tulpamancers or anyone curious. I still remember a lot of the process.
