anyone else feel stupid as a white person for being alive? i can’t tell anybody that one of the main reasons i’ve been passively suicidal for so long is that i can’t fathom being proud of anything i achieve because of course i could achieve it. this is an excuse but it genuinely has plagued me. then i feel even more foolish for not just killing myself, because with a mental constitution like this i really ought to right? i don’t know. mostly just curious if anyone else feels like this. i just go around day-to-day thinking “yup i’m taking up space, resources, and opportunities from someone whose life is fundamentally more difficult and for whom living means more,” but at the same time i’m aware of this and STILL don’t kill myself. anything i make creatively is like, ok, cool, a white person made more stuff. idk. internet politics warped me. idk what’s right. idk how to justify doing anything if it isn’t “for advocacy” or something, but who the f*ck am i to say anything on anything? idk dude. i’m sure this is deserved, petty lamentation, but we’re also just people born into random circumstances. whatever whatever
