There's a lot of other things predictive of i.e. the towers going down, the lone gunmen and half a dozen other movies and shows had various futures without the towers and depicting attacks thereupon. What does it really matter at the end of the day. There's evidence that is far more damning than some obscure text in a ShitOS from the 90s, evidence which gets as little attention as this, like the fact that there was a reservoir of water that enclosed the base of the Twin Towers to block the Hudson River, the force of the towers falling should have ruptured the reservoir, which would've caused flooding in the area surrounding the towers, flooded the subway systems, but that didn't happen because preventative measures were taken prior to the attack. No footage of a plane striking the Pentagon, one of the most highly surveilled buildings in America, that's normal, no evidence of a plane striking the Pentagon, totally normal. The plane that crashed in Pennsylvania left a 15-20 foot crater in the ground, totally normal, planes leave massive fuarrrking holes in the ground they don't flatten and break into bits when they crash. Or the massive hurricane that was headed directly towards New York City, there was no mention of the hurricane in the media, or on the radio. Throughout the day, the hurricane just idled off the coast of New York City, and later turned around and went out into the ocean.

The first step is to udnerstand that the meaningful pattern suggesting intentionality occurs if there is a star david among these three letters. It is just enough that one of them contains the star of david. Because the other ones are skull and thumbs up. Without star of david, there is no conspiracy. (by the way, there is a plane among acronyms... lol... why is it not in the acronym?) Anyway, we are just looking for the occurrence of the Star of David symbol in any of the three letter mappings (N, Y, C), we could calculate that probability, assuming a completely random assignment of symbols to letters. We still have 224 different characters in Wingdings. For each of the letters (N, Y, C), there is a 1/224 chance it could have been assigned to the Star of David. Given that, the probability of none of the letters mapping to the Star of David would be (223/224) * (223/224) * (223/224), which is approximately 0.987. So, the probability that at least one of the letters maps to the Star of David would be 1 - 0.987 = 0.013, or 1.3%. This means that, under the assumption of completely random assignments, there's about a 1.3% chance that at least one of the three letters (N, Y, C) would map to the Star of David. This is a simplification, though, as it does not take into account the specific order or the other two symbols involved. Let's remember, also, yhr intention of a human to look for meaningful patterns that provoke emotion are extremely high.

Yeah, it's a coincidence. Conspiracy people like OP are really all the same, they recognize a problem but the cause they attribute to that problem is completely nonsensical. 9/11 happened because the post Cold War United States Intelligence Community was in a state of absolute institutional dysfunction, you had like 15 or so intelligence bodies that wouldn't talk to each other or the civilian law enforcement and couldn't be arsed to do their jobs even though they had all the data. They failed because of managerial incompetence and bureaucratic rot. Reality is boring. It's not like in the movies or anime or whatever, it's always mundane.

In 1993, the WTC was bombed, there were a couple of attempts later as well as on the Empire State Building, and Ramzi Yousef and his supporters repeatedly issued threats to take out the towers. A bunch of people predicted they'd be hit again, they hired an ex-FBI guy who worked on the 93 bombing to be their head of security.
