are you looking for any critique on it?
Just because I would have liked more variety in race just for face as theres specific facial features I like which can show up on white people but usually dont and didnt here. Also bigger butt options would have been helpful.
And multiple selectors for height and age because I like girls of all heights and also ages 18-40 eaually.
However I dont know what your testing for so if you specifically are looking for something with these images ignore. But if the goal is to accurately judge what people find attractive in general ^^^^

(First my main lang is not english.)
I and my teammates researching women attractivenes by some factors.
First we create huge data set and we randomly choose 12 pair(12 person). No black woman, no redhead because we choose randomly.
Age options limited because this options created for 12 pairs. Any person age in this survey is not 40.
(your Butt pics issue )We didnt choose one by one pics. We choose randomly. A program that helps randomyl .choosing.
Thanks for comment dude. If any question you have, feel free to ask.
Sory for my bad english.

You need to include younger ages because pedophiles exist and the age of consent is lower than 18 in a lot of places.

This data set dont contains lower than 18. This data set contains 18-30 age interval. Nothing illegal.

15 is legal in Sweden though as long as you're not white.

SWEDEN YES!
Could you please present your survey in a freedom-respecting way so more people would participate in?

I don't think you know what that word means, and even what your trying to say is a fuarrrking stupid observation. Wow, hey did any of you guys know a survey is technically data mining? No way!
Your trying to use a phrase that is often used negatively, but isn't inherently negative. This is one of those cases where you aren't really saying anything. He is putting his survey out, and is making no attempt to mask that he is gathering data from chan users. So one already knows data about themselves is being mined if they take this survey, they don't need you to point it out. Second it's a google form, he has no way to access anything identifying about the people that take the survey. Possibly google does, but google likely doesn't care enough to look into every computer that fills out a google form of which i'm sure thousands are made daily and millions vote on. The only entity that is being mined is "chan users" as a group identity.

If this is your thesis you will fuarrrking flop, provided that your university has standards.
The section where it tells me to choose the most attractive butt has clad and unclad asses, and some have lingerie. Men will just pick the lingerie ass regardless of its shape.
The section where it tells me to choose the most attractive body has the same problem, I can't assess their physique if one has a dress covering everything and one is wearing porno lingerie.
This looks like a fuarrrking parody. The mere fact that its using screenshots from porn shoots from different genres is laughable.

I'm not sure what your hypothesis is, but a little more diversity in race would have been fine. There's people into women of other races apart from Caucasians.
Also, you are only focusing on the physical attractiveness of a woman, but, there are other factors that could influence an opinion. For example, the lack or not of tattoos and other body alterations, manners, clothing style, the usage or not of make-up, social status. There's more in a woman than just some boobs and a butt, there's a context. To put it in an example, an average woman with a visible tattoo could become much more attractive given a dress and jewelry that fits her. But, in the same case, someone who doesn't like tattoos could dismiss the rest of the context due to the lack of interest in tattoos.
To wrap it up; without knowing your hypothesis it's hard to determine if your surveying method is correct, but as other lainons have pointed out; it's not great and could be improved. If you could share with us your research setting, maybe we could help you improve it. I bet there are researchers here or at least people in grad school (like me).
Speaking of context and extrapolation; I'm assuming that you are a grad student. If you are an undergrad, take the feedback and see if the effort of improving is worth it. Don't go the extra mile for a class if the professor is not going to appreciate it.

I dont understand ppl who just inherently assume they know better then the other person. We dont have enough info, how can you assume to know better when you dont even know the details.
Im not trying to diss im just curious because I dont understand the mentality. I understand raising the concern but not being like "Wow this is a failure".

why the fuarrrk are men trying to measure women's attractiveness "scientifically", no one cares what a bunch of nerds find attractive in a woman.
