Long story short I have always had trouble living with my parents since they're not a fan of my nicotine usage and will go to great lengths to make my life painful despite knowing I will continue what I'm doing no matter what. They will enter my room (I'm 20 btw so this behavior alone is ridiculous) to search for cigarettes and take them from me without letting a word slip. Telling them to stop doing it won't help either as they're conservative Christians that will just reply with "DRUGS ARE BAD MMKAY?".
used to live alone for a year but decided recently to move back in with my parents after getting mobbed by an old relative, which ended up in me being unable to afford rent. He wasn't the first person to scam me out of my money but it was the final push I needed before realizing that anyone who notices my kindheartedness will try to take advantage of me.
So in the end I decided to return to old hometown which has been taking a serious toll on me mentally since I hate living here to begin with (which at the time of my departure didn't seem like a big deal).
Now I'm basically left with no way out since I don't have the money to go back to my old workplace nor the patience to quit smoking. What options do I have lainon? I have considered faking a suicide attempt so that they will at least put me back in psych ward where my parents can't touch my soykaf.
