she has a boyfriend. we sat close together for a couple of months in class (still doing it). started as a friendship. she opened to me about her past traumas and disorders. we shared a lot of music, games, tastes... we hanged out sometimes, we studied together, we often worry about each other issues... needless to say that i started to like her a lot. probably both neuro-divergent. last day we go out and she indirectly tells me she has a boyfriend, with some kind of issue between that i didn't quite get, like he does not understand her pain or something. what the fuarrrk, what the hell am i supposed to do now? it would be strange to maintain this kind of relations now, right? we still have classes. is there some woman here, or i don't know someone who knows how to deal with this. i just wanted to know someone whom i could connect with, and it felt real this time. i took the advice of some of you kind people and i tried. but I didn't know what i was searching for was to be loved. christ what a mess.

> she has a boyfriend. Just be open and direct with her. "I felt like we made a connection during class, would like to ask you out on a date, but not if you are still in a relationship." Some people are permanently in relationships. The only way this is feasibly possible is they have the new relationship ready to go as the old one ends. You don't really want to be with these people as not being able to be on your own is a massive red sign but sometimes there are other factors outweighing this.

It's trouble when a woman don't say they are in a relationship You ain't missing much. Time to find someone new

It happens, you'll get over it. Eventually you may ask a girl out and get rejected, and you'll get over that as well.

>>68957 You make it romantic before it can expand. Men and women cannot be friends.
