Alice in Wonderland Syndrome

The Oracle · 2023-03-28 19:54
Anyone else have Alice in Wonderland Syndrome? I've had it my whole life in short episodes, usually when I'm sleepy or very still. I wanted to know what other people's experience with it was? For me it's always been a positive experience, it's trippy feeling its fun.

I think you should stop paying attention and glorifying ridiculous modern labels for perceived psychological phenomenon. It's bullshit. And it's embarrassing .

>>68329 What should I do then? I want to talk about my experiences because I enjoy them.

Just looked up what that is, I do get that sometimes most often when waking up at night, or when attempting visual puzzles that involve unfocusing or crossing my eyes. I mildly dislike it, it makes me feel a little nauseous. >>68329 The fuarrrk is wrong with having a word for when everything looks very far away or parts of your body feel enormous or tiny? Do you think things you don't yourself experience aren't real?

>>68331 Personally Iike it. I remember one time I was sitting at my desk on my computer and felt like I was as tall as a mountain. It was ethereal.

>>68331 But it's not just a word, it's a syndrome.however you don't seem to appreciate the nuance. This is just bullshit.like how every john dick and jane thinks they have ocd asd adhd bpd.shut the fuarrrk up already.think about something further than the end of your own nose

>>68333 Who pooped in your cereal? I bet it enrages you when people mention eye floaters too. Something people experience doesn't have to be serious or a medical diagnosis to be worth talking about.
