Jesus Room Mate Went Nuts.

So long story short my room mate lost their job, was getting help, but then threatened to press charges for something I did not do unless they got 3 free months of rent. I tried to work through this (there was another thing where they claimed they got an injury in my house). Fast forward and they claimed I was a snake and went behind their back and started snakes family members get killed and that their murder cna look like a suicide. I have known this person for 8 years. I am not the keenest fan of the police but once you threaten my life I am not going to let someone fuarrrk with me. To add insult to injury the charity that helps them with rent supposedly wants to sue me but as it is religious and is a gift seems rather odd and they want their money back supposedly. I really am done with people.

>>68248 This is a soykafty experience. Although police are not really the best option, he is literally trying to use the government against you and is clearly schizo. You could call in threats against your safety and exploitation (might have tenant rights/can't evict). I'm not one to give legal advice, but if you call the police, say a delusional man is threatening with bodily harm for you to let him live rent free and has accused you of faking his families suicides and you now fear for your life because of what he is saying they will take him off your hands.
