I hate to make an uninteresting blog post, but I really need some help... Ever since my childhood, I have been extremely zoned out, and even now I am the same. I seem to have trouble processing the sentences which I have heard perfectly, in my head. I am constantly living in a "dream world" of some sort, I suppose could be called "daydreaming" I work at a workshop and because of my constant zone-outs and daydreamings I am concerned I will get my hand stuck in a machine and have my arm ripped off or something like that. People are constantly calling me "retard" or "autist" or "creep" because of how quiet and zoned out I can get (I can stare off to a wall for an hour imagining something) Again, sorry to make a blogpost, but I see the users of this website like family and you are the only people I can tell this to. Nobody else seems to understand, they just call me "retarded" over and over. What is wrong with me, Lainons? Is anybody else like this?

First question: Have you talked about it to a professional before? Honestly, at least on my end, I'm not qualified to suggest alot, lainon. I'm very skeptical about an elimination diet, too. I can't suggest a medicine of some kind either. for now, have you considered working along with someone? At least have someone to watch over you in case you work with heavy machinery and zone-out while working with it. At the very least, you'll find a coworker to who to talk about it eventually that way. Monkey stronger together, lainon. I wish the best for you and be safe.

Tons of injections full of neurotoxins that also primed our bodies and brains towards inflammation in the periods they're supposed to be growing. The result is dysfunction and neotony. I think the food guy is your best bet on possible cause. The idea how it works is a low allergic reaction causes inflammation which causes mental fog. its a proven approach as there are plenty example of people fixing their issues with fixing diet. Note inflammation can also come from simply eating like garbage. Sugar causes inflammation. You consume too much you get it and people handle it differently well. Some have zero side effects while others get massive akne on small dose. This is why people need to do elimination diets - you remove something and see if it improves because there is no general advice for this as it's based on individual genetics & gut flora affecting the outcome.

It is actually something they tend to deny, or outright just ignore / not talk about, but even the USSR (yes, it was a marxist derivative) had a little infamous moment with "Lysenkoism". At best this guy will tip-toe / dance around the topic. He may not even be aware that he rejects it. Even today, they will say things that range from "genetics are unimportant" to "genetics is stupid". When they say "genetics is stupid", they rarely say "are" (although, grammatically, lately people don't really think about it and they will say "are" anyways). But that important distinction is that they are talking about the field, rather than the act of discussing genetics. In some cases, they'll agree that genetics are "a thing", but refuse to admit the importance of genetics. Magic soil and magic paper. >>67897 No. Elimination diets are symptom management. Suggesting them as a solution is a mistake. They're a component of a broader process, not the process itself. If you have leaky gut, when you change your diet your body will just start reacting to common elements of your new diet. You're buying time. You will end up right back where you started. Now if you have a hard genetic vulnerability, or something you were sensitized to by other means (eg vaccination), then these should simply be eliminated permanently. However if you're so trashed to begin with, it will eventually become difficult to determine cause and effect. You'll be doing so many things, even one by one, it becomes difficult to determine. Whatever. Waste of time. You'll have to learn on your own.

My point is if you can't eat [whatever] due to oxalates, or FODMAP intolerance, or histamine issues, or brain fog, or pummeling your brain with ammonia and hydrogen sulfide due to gut dysbiosis and poor motility... you know, it's just not going to work. You have catch 22's and interlocking mutually amplifying feedback loops. Even if you go pure carnivore (some people can't reach a low enough stomach pH, or have been harmed in the form of gallbladder removal etc), or do prolonged water fasting, intermittent fasting, depending on toxic load you may be physiologically incapable of the digestive and assimilative capacity required to recover from food alone. It is true that a non-zero amount of people cannot stomach, or would not be substantially helped by, a raw carnivore diet (alone). But the overwhelming majority can and would, I conjecture, and as such I recommend it as the first step in recovery to everybody interested. Of course, physical exercise etc. should also be a part of a complete recovery "plan", but it's difficult to get around to those things if you're feeling as miserable as you are to begin with. Yeah? So what? Some soykaf for brains b-o-o-mers finally figured out if you stop eating processed food and guzzling Bud Light, whoa, your diseases go away. Great for them. In many cases it isn't that straightforward. And of those who are greatly helped. What, they're going to re-add plants and gradually become sick again? Then of course, because they're retarded, they create a little cult. Plants are inherently poison! That's why! Meanwhile other people don't suffer such overt issues, nor did their ancestors. Carnivore diet == your back to the wall. Can be pressure canned but doesn't store worth soykaf. Jerky is expensive, takes time to dehydrate and remove fat and so on yourself, still has to be sealed. >It is true that a non-zero amount of people cannot stomach, or would not be substantially helped by, a raw carnivore diet (alone) Going to just ignore the "raw carnivore" part. People's who's digestive systems are too damaged will not have the bile salts and pancreatic enzymes to secrete, they won't be able to make stomach acid, they're probably sympathetic dominant, so basically the meat is going to sit in the stomach and rot. It won't move through the gut quickly either. They won't absorb well, highly bioavailable supplemental nutrients are preferable. These problems have to be dealt with. Betaine HCl, enzymes, intermittent fasting, breathing, whatever. >but it's difficult to get around to those things if you're feeling as miserable as you are to begin with. It's not about "getting around to", it's about being punished for eating. Eating anything, at any time. You can't bootstrap everyone by the same process. Especially eating raw meat of all things, for fuarrrk's sake, do you have any idea how most meat is processed? It's not like taking your fresh kill back to camp, or some raw paleo soykaf. This is tiresome. I have a primarily carnivore diet, and had a pure grass fed ground beef diet, and turkey diet, in the past. No, it isn't that straightforward. Further, Rh-s are basically missing an ion channel in their blood cells (and possibly elsewhere), which alters everything from nitric oxide diffusion through the body to ammonia flux. It has been found the cognitive detriment with eg toxoplasmosis infection in Rh- is both faster and doesn't recover in Rh-, whereas Rh+ has an initial dip, then a rise back to a bit below baseline. And that's just blood type and a few metrics. I agree, genetic background definitely plays a role. >>67923 The specific metabolism is that Insulin is both a metabolite and a hormone; Insulin tells your body to convert sugar into fat. So with a high glycemic load(brain available glycogen), you get a large insulin spike. This causes too much Insulin, which converts all that blood sugar into fat extremely fast. Before your body knows what's happening, your blood sugar drops to 0, making you tired. This is why "complex carbohydrates" matter, complex being difficult to access. I study a topic, then one day I'm just someone else and I don't remember it anymore. There's no point in living like that, I can't work with this worthless trash and I can't kill it either. It only moves within certain parameters.

I'm like this too, as long as you say something funny here and there that's enough to convince most people you're not a robot. Embrace the awkwardness, learn to love it. Laugh at those who laugh at you. >because of my constant zone-outs and daydreamings I am concerned I will get my hand stuck in a machine You won't. Look into flow state or wu wei. Once you learn your job your brain automates it and ignores the boring repetitive nature, so it's normal for your mind to wander while it feels like something else is doing the work for you. If you're still really that concerned then find an easier and safer job. >People are constantly calling me "retard" or "autist" or "creep" Consider this a blessing in disguise, alternatively they would constantly annoy you with updates on gossip, the weather, sports, current movies or expect you to solve all their problems. If the name calling is unbearable, then go find another job. There's nothing wrong with you, every moment is a test designed to annoy you, just stop giving a fuarrrk and you'll pass.

>>67878 >Wrong question. What isn't vague? You substituted their question, directed at you, and then failed to answer it. If you're turning the question back on them then it's ill-formed; they don't know what your concept of vague is (relating to genetics) and thus can't answer. >Apples and oranges. Lactase deficiency and poor digestive response can also be caused by other pathology >also Oranges and oranges. You agree that genetics is a factor that impacts both things. >Magic again. Stuff happens cuz genes. >Large-scale conceptual black-boxing is magic. If you tell me objects fall due to "gravity", but cannot tell me what this "gravity" is in perfect specificity then I will take you for a charlatan. I do not understand the idea of applying labels without definition. The words "music", "intelligence" and "personality" mean nothing to me. >Not really Not an argument >Wrong use of language again. I refuse to disambiguate your statement in good faith. The original is a perfectly legitimate use of the word "taking". Whenever you consume a drug orally it's grammatically correct to say you "took" the drug. Words have more than one use. You inherited your needlessly rigid view of language from a desire to win comment section debates. Lighten up

>>71502 Essentially it's Lamarckism put into agricultural practice with communist ideals at the head. For example, you put grain seeds into a cold place and keep them there for a period of time. Congratulations! Any seeds that grow up from this bunch are now frost resistant! You can also make one plant into another plant by influencing it's development, male tropical fruits grow in cold climates and so on. Actually even Stalin thought he was a clown behind the scenes, but it was good propaganda, so he allowed it. Here's a good video https://youtu.be/s6iansrOyjg t. They have no capacity nor conception that anyone would know or think anything they don't, they lack reality testing and confabulate and do all this other annoying soykaf you see. >>67864 I would go and see a doc. He might give OP an ADHD/ADD diagnosis. It might also be some kind of food sensitivity (often milk protein or gluten). The elimination diet is good advice if the doc doesn't bother doing anything or if he just gives the OP ADHD drugs (if the elimination diet works, then using drugs is not necessary).

I have known someone like OP and I saw him “cured” in real time, one day. It was at a party. He took something with some girls and guys and they talked for hours. Probably mdma, not sure. He opened up. Everyone opened up. Lots of deep conversations. Then he changed. I do not remember it that well, but he said that part of his brain was literally numb because of the negative experiences he had - or loneliness. That night, the numbed areas lit up. Pair it with the comfortable setting of people around him. He opened up. Something in him got reprocessed that night and that changed everything. I guess it helped he and some other girl flirted hard with each other that night. But it was not in the US. I think you guys live in the US, so I doubt you can have this type of experience. Your stuff is cut with something horrible, and people over there would rather rob or rape you than have fun parties with deep conversations and opening up. I guess you would need a really trusted group

>>67863 I've had something similar and I'm sure it was caused by extreme stress and emotion. It mostly happened to me in the morning, if I woke up very suddenly I would feel like a child all day. It was accompanied by hypnagogic and hypanpompic hallucinations which were mostly auditory. I rarely get these symptoms anymore

>>67863 OP I am a lot like you. My brain works slowly. I have a lot of daydreams. My parents determined I was smart but were still worried about me for a long time. Looking back I really don't see how they could have figured that out maybe parents are just supposed to naturally believe good things about their kids in case of tinkerbell effect. Anyway the only way I got anywhere was by having other advantages like a middle class upbringing and pretty good long-term memory in subjects that I like. The subjects that I like part is really important and there isn't any way to do this except to go learn about a lot of different things until something seems to stick. I would always listen to stuff like free university lectures from MIT etc or pdfs made into audiobooks with linux stuff. going to pirate sites for PDFs always fills me with the desire to learn everything and wonder when I see some topic I hadn't thought about before and then I just filter that by what I actually feel like learning about once I read the table of contents or the intro or the first chapter. I don't see a person with a lot of daydreams being a good match for a workshop. Granted, I found ways to screw up when I was doing manual labor too but most of those weren't as dangerous. If I were you I would be willing to take a pay cut or move in order to work a job more compatible with "hyperphantasia". If you get an overnight retail position you might be able to consume audiobooks while you work because no customers. I don't know if shrinks work and you should try to independently comprehend what they are doing with respect to any medications.

A parent telling his child how wonderful everything about him is, is better than the alternative. That way if the child fails at the world then his parent's kind words will be the only kindness left for him. Dreadful isn't it. Guthrie likes free lectures so here's an unrelated video to pass some of our time: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TTFoJQSd48c

>>67863 >Ever since my childhood, I have been extremely zoned out, and even now I am the same. I seem to have trouble processing the sentences which I have heard perfectly, in my head. I am constantly living in a "dream world" of some sort, I suppose could be called "daydreaming" Sounds like you have difficulty staying present and focused on reality. Have you considered seeking professional help to understand and address this issue? It's important to not rely solely on Internet strangers for diagnosis or solutions. >I work at a workshop and because of my constant zone-outs and daydreamings I am concerned I will get my hand stuck in a machine and have my arm ripped off or something like that. It's understandable to feel worried about your safety in the workplace. However, the best course of action would be to discuss your concerns with your employer or supervisor. They may be able to provide guidance or accommodations to ensure your well-being. >People are constantly calling me "retard" or "autist" or "creep" because of how quiet and zoned out I can get (I can stare off to a wall for an hour imagining something)Again, sorry to make a blogpost, but I see the users of this website like family and you are the only people I can tell this to. Nobody else seems to understand, they just call me "retarded" over and over. I'm sorry to hear that you have to face such harsh and ignorant treatment from others. However, it's important to remember that seeking validation or understanding solely from an online community may not be sufficient. Consider reaching out to friends, family, or even professional support groups who can provide the empathy and support you need in your offline life.
