The Inevitability of loneliness

It doesn't make sense to me how people can stand the loneliness of the world. Everyone lives in their own little bubble and I don't mean that socially but even in the way that we perceive things; we both may feel "happy" regarding something but although we use the same word the emotion can be entirely different. Another good example is pain. It's widely accepted that there is such a thing as a pain tolerance given ones ability to cope with pain but depending if you define pain as a force being received rather than inflicted essentially some people feel less pain than others. What really makes me feel hopeless about life is the fact that no one will be able to comprehend what I'm feeling. They can guess and I can guess but we cannot ever be truly aligned and some people like to feign it more than others and it serves as a reminder of how alone we are. I'm still admittedly pretty young but looking back at my life so far I think that this is my biggest mental roadblock but it's just impossible for me to overcome. I have friends and while I like them in some respects, with all except maybe one it feels like we are on two very different planes of existence let alone at compatible positions. The amount of alienation I feel when I go to work or go to school is increasing year over year, and it's not because I don't fit in from other peoples perspective but only my own. It feels like I'm being reduced into a little box so I'm able to be understood by other people and it angers me and makes me hopeless for the future. I don't even know if there is any salvation for me; finding a romantic partner seems next to impossible and honestly not even desirable because it'll just be another way of trying to shape me into something im not. As i'm writing this I'm also realizing that maybe that's why interacting with friends and family also bugs me after a while because if I'm not alone for enough time I feel like I'm slipping away into nothingness and depression. But ultimately it's either depression or permanent loneliness and neither of those options are a life I feel is worth living.

I think the problem is a societal one and is ultimately derived from the changes associated with freedom throughout life. Late millennials and onward have had the chance to grow up with the freedom of computers and internet being a core part of their development of a self if your into it enough. To then have it inevitably stripped from you as you integrate into society is probably what leads to feelings of alienation which will cause an epidemic of people who feel similar to the way I described in my post. I fully expect rate of NEETs (where financially vialbe) and suicide to go up over the next decade.

What eases my mind is the fact that i'm not alone in my own consciousness, everyone is. We are all entities with different experiencies, thoughts, etc. and we try to comunicate in any way we can to express our consciousness to others, and percieve theirs as well. Next time you talk to a friend or a family member try to see them as they are, beyond the character you have of them. Don't make it weird though. Also i find it's pretty common for feelings, including alienation, to change. Sometimes you just gotta hang on to keep moving forward.
