Well it's official, I'm the age my dad was when I was born, and I'm terrified.

My dad was pretty old when I was born. So I'm older than most typical "dads" when they have their children. I have a few more years before I'm as old as he was when I was born. I struggle with some crisis moments when I think back on memories that I have that are over 30 years old thinking to myself, "Where did all of that time go?". I get more depressed about the future all the time. More for the type of future we're heading towards more than my overall age. I'm not really too scared about losing my youth as I've been slowly accepting that my generation and time being young is most certainly in the past never to come back. Struggling more and more each passing year to relate with other people on the internet, no friends but I don't relate to generally anyone anymore, and even Lainons are included in this. I think the worst part about all of this on getting older is the fact that I have so much difficulty relating to anyone vs growing old. Which has left me extremely estranged from all of my family that's left. My dad drives past my house every single day but we haven't talked or seen each other in over 5 years. He'll eventually die and I won't even have a clue more than likely due to how my family has become towards me. My mom died young and caused a giant rift in me and my siblings along with the rest of my family on her side so there's no contact with them either. I'm pretty much just all alone. Left with most of my conversations these days being with people online which has grown much colder and lonelier in more recent years.
