Why is this that you always want to sleep in the morning and dont want to go to bed early? Its literally a torture for me to have to wake up at 7:00 AM. Are all people like that?

In the old times when we lived in small villages, some people had to always be awaken to watch out for the ones that sleep. Humans evolved so that different people have different sleep patterns in order to cover for each other.
Then modern society came and fixed a sleep schedule so that people could collaborate better at work. Some people natural tendencies match this schedule, so they blame others as lazy. Some people have a few hours difference so they just force themselves to fit this imposed schedule somehow. Others will find different jobs that fit their own sleep schedules better.

Some types of work are just better to do at night because they require a state of mind to which nighttime is the better fit. If you're passionate about one of those, like writing or programming, then you're bound to find mornings annoying because they're noisy, people will interrupt you, and there's more distractions overall - whereas at night it's just you and the activity you enjoy, like a time bubble.
Personally I love staying up really late doing stuff, but I also really enjoy waking up really early when the sun isn't fully up and get to cook a comfy breakfast. If I had to choose my least favorite 8hs of the day and sleep through them, it'd be 10AM to 6PM. Exactly opposite to most people.
Here's an interesting article about this. It's short, one or two pages.

You know what, my night owl schedule would work for a new dad. I'd be glad to be up all night with the baby and let the mom sleep. But it'd be fallacious to believe that it is so because evolution made it so.
