Whenever I feel like everything's fine, something always has to be wrong, even the smallest of details. The type of things I shouldn't be concerned about concern me.
When I feel like I'm not happy because I don't have something and I finally get it, I'm still not happy. Whatever I do, I end up being empty. There's nothing much left out there to temporarily fill the void.
Alcohol, nicotine, games and junk food. I can't keep living like this, nothing makes me happy and nothing keeps me going. Nothing makes any purpose or sense.
Why the fuarrrk am I still here...

I can relate to wanting something, getting it and not being happy/using it.
I wish I could take a break from life for like 3 months. Take a step back, get some perspective, travel a little, do a personal project.
But life's peace doesn't allow it

I think this basically just happens when you have some kind of deeper anxiety, but it's not comprehensible and doesn't fit into ideas that make sense to you, so you feel it instead in connection with things that do sort of make sense. I worry about trivial stuff more when I don't have anything bigger to worry about, but then don't care about it when I do; the feeling is still there either way it just looks for the most convenient place to live.
>When I feel like I'm not happy because I don't have something and I finally get it, I'm still not happy.
This seems basically universal. What people want is just what they "want", chasing your desires is a totally different thing from taking care of yourself and doesn't lead to being happy. Maybe worth doing anyway, but whether your life is good only partly depends on external circumstances.

Put effort into taking care of yourself and making your life better instead of chasing what you feel like you want but know won't help.
