How do I apply to go to Kim Il Sung University as a Westerner? Has a Lainchanner ever taken this thrilling opportunity, and could they give me advice on how I too, could get in? I fuarrrking hate my country so much. It is filled with the most spoilt rotten, stupid, ignorant "educated people" in the world, I swear. I think you have to be a part of Juche learning club beforehand, visit the country a few times, pay respects to the monuments and so. Are there even Juche clubs in USA or where you're from, OP? I don't think so. Think of it as visiting USSR in the 60-s, only the best and loyal foreign subjects are allowed in.

If you're young enough do this for a few years, visit the DPRK and spend some time in your local educational system too. You don't need a degree, but show them you're a hard worker by having a year or two of STEM credits under your belt, preferably hard science. Then, express your ambition to some of the Korean friends you make and ask if they have any leads on how you could apply to Kim Il Sung University.
