what kind of Blue Meanie makes random people feel unsafe just walking around the city ?
I had someone whip a belt at me , because I walked too close to the bread they threw on the sidewalk .
later someone sitting on the ground , ran to me asking loudly if I had "a good day" for me to then pass someone dressed like a mob boss at a bus stop in broad daylight looking terrified as if at the fact someone had the audacity to go for a walk .
I've seen shady characters hiding in the nooks and crannies of buildings ( in broad daylight ) who will curse at you if you say hello to them .
someone flicked there hand quickly inside and out of a pocket as if simulating a quick draw , after I ignored a sex worker making disgusting faces at me .
I literally just want to learn plant identification .
earlier today I found some edible Fireweed .
I live in Alaska .

I don't think it was the blue meanie somehow dude.
The Plague · 2021-08-20 20:48
my mistake , I intended a Rayman Junior reference ,
contrasting blue antitoons and red antitoons
in the concept of "sustainable war" .
one sort of crime makes random people feel scared ,
another attempts at some kind of sense of justice .
rationally both types of criminals need restrained .
society needs fear or violence psychological or physical .
8 · 2021-08-20 20:49
society need no fear or violence *

Yes, it's really annoying. I don't know why people do this.

punctuation without the space ,
expresses more aggression .

>Alaska
>can't get away from people
That's an odd problem you have there considering that it is literally the least densely populated state and also the largest and least populated in general of the USA.
But people have territorial bubbles if from the pokey, and the USA has the highest incarceration rates of the entire planet and also probably historically as well. Like a feral cat you can't look them in the eye and if you get too close they think you might attack them or think even worse that you are so above them that they should not care that they could attack YOU yourself, so you're being rude in their con perspective.
Also you 90+% likely move funny. Only people that walk funny ever get mugged. It's why niggers sway a lot when they move and cops walk like they have a bug up their ass with their shoulders back and all. The nigger wants to dodge a punch and the cop tries to act like royalty, then there's normal people that walk different from either person and if you walk like a vagina then that's the guy that's getting mugged or fuarrrked with. I have a hunch when I walk so people start soykaf constantly with me at random but if I looked like a cop or nigger they'd have alarms going off in their head too much to do that subtle mock counting coup bullshitery that they do. No one does counting coup if they think they won't win.

Your post felt authoritative until the racial epithets.
Your advice seems well intentioned,
but fleeing from social ills only pushes them onto others.
Has any society ever systematically blocked or derezzed you, Lain?
You would do no better than them by running, intimidating, or participating in the violence.
We have to prove the moral authority of cyberspace.
Alaska has the Ursa Minor flag,
as well as support Assange,
denounced Internet clogging,
one stole an airplane to barrel roll,
preserves oldest transracial identity.
If cyberspace can't nurture absolute morality in Alaska,
then we won't prove our culture's worth to any country.

nta, this is just my own opinion, take it with a pinch of salt:
Addressing social ills directly by being a "good" person (not by judging strangers on the street, or looking down on them) is a good first step on the road to inspiring others to be good. You sound moral, and willing to want to lead by example, so being kind and compassionate to the vibrant lives of others is a healthy way to try to be.
Most people have been ostracised from one society or another, and to assume that they haven't isn’t fair to all the strangers that make up your community.
I agree with the anon that mentioned posture and stance, and would encourage you to feel like you belong wherever you go, (kek, if it is an appropriate place for you to be! use your own judgement) by knowing you’re welcome in broader society, and not feeling targeted by others, you will feel more comfortable over time as you keep reminding yourself of these facts. therefor cultivating for yourself a confident and calming attitude which people are likely to respond well to (unless they are just "bad people")
There is no "moral authority" within cyberspace above any other space, and it is your responsibility as a human to act in the way you feel is good and non-harmful, in all spaces. If everyone did this, cyberspace would be better too.
Idolising one racial identity for its longevity or class isn't exactly moral! You sound like you have good intentions, I just hope you know most people are more worried about how you looked at them on the street, than they are about making any effort to give you any particular negative experience. Some people are just weird, and that’s a natural aspect of society, focus on them too long, and you too will become weird.

Lately I've felt a lot more safe , but soon a deadly winter comes .
I live at an inn , but I will need to leave before winter arrives .
some organized folks wearing all-black like spooking me whenever I walk back from the park .
not creative or attention-drawing to call them gothic unfortunately .
idm since they seem interested in me specifically .
I doubt they'd care all that much in the long run ,
or I suppose I accept my fate whatever it be .
I'll probably visit NYC to watch the Matrix 4 .
If I can't live with dignity ,
I wish someone would fall in love with me to kill me ,
an Everything Becomes F spirited assisted death ,
sounds ideal for my dignity after death .

I must be out of touch with society. I almost live post-cyberpunk at uni.
Unfortunately its becoming harder to socialize. All the clubs communicate exclusively with whatsapp and nobody has actual contact information for any activities. You cant find out where anything is without it. People want your social media info, not a phone number. Some of the people I have met have all but admit that school is not their real reason for attending university here.
I remember reading a cyberpunk book where the "disconnected" in society walked around while the connected lived in a digital world superimposed over the real.
Am I becoming one of the disconnected?

Watch the Matrix 4 explore that phenomenon , I bet you !
The people most familiar with computer systems turning out the most disconnected ,
in many contexts . Also , the consequences of epistemological diversity .
Also probably will mention qualia ( fingers crossed )

theirs your problem. It sounds like you are probably in anchorage or some other big city that still is filled with the scum of america.
Alaska is the last hold out and to a large extent still the wild west, where you can live and people don't ask too many questions.
